It supports all the different file formats you might need, works super well with the different languages, great APIs and integration with other services that we use.
Some features are missing: couldn't filter by keys having missing filename for some of the platforms.
All in all, the experience has been great. Thanks to the many integrations (from S3 to Github to Slack etc.) and solid documentation.
The only problem we've had is with User Permissions, users report not being able to see Languages but it's always because we haven't updated their permissions.
It's top in the class and pricing is very reasonable. Our translation team loves the product team and for them, it's ease of use and supportive UI that really helps you catch small mistakes.
Unsupported file formats. TM is not context based and not per language.

I found the Admin section bit confusing in the past but their team explained it quickly in the live chat.
Nice induction training and good support. Flexible - great to handle different projects ( games - website - documentation ...).
The fact that it is only available with an Internet connection limits its use because sometimes you have no Internet availability (for example when on journey).
Nice to have the mobile app. I used XTM for all my project cause it is a perfect all in one translation management solution.
The tool is online only - there is no offline editor. 100% matches are not being pulled into files automatically.
It's a powerful tool, very well suited for a work chain with well-established processes.
I think that it's very basic, it provides a few features and it's not so flexible as other CAT-tools.

It doesn't work with the speech recognition software I usually use - which is no big issue for smaller project, but a bit annoying for longer ones.
