Product
4.0

Adoba: Hi everyone, my name is Adoba. I lead technical and product at Alphora, a team of roughly seven to nine. I rate Dynamics at a four out of five. So we use Dynamics most for sales and our marketing. The sales Microsoft relationship, sales is a big part of what we do. We also use the service part, which is the customer service. The marketing part of Microsoft Dynamics help us keep in touch with our customers and our sales reps with the product. So being in the Microsoft ecosystem is one of the best things with Dynamics. You have access to the entire product line that just works seamlessly together. Like I said, we do sales, CRM, marketing. All of those things are the individual products that we considered, but Microsoft was able to bring them together. The product for our sales, which we use the most, has really grown. The features that they've added has just been tremendous, and that's the best part about Microsoft Dynamics for us. I think there's always an issue with seat based billing, which is what we have with Dynamics today. I think that's just the biggest issue, and sometimes I think being part of the ecosystem of having access to Microsoft Dynamics to their products is an advantage but sometimes it can also be a disadvantage because, for us, we had everything siloed before in different other products but when we decided to use Dynamics we had to bring sales together into one product, bring marketing together into one product, bring our [inaudible 00:01:22] together into one product. That's sort of a disadvantage. I'm not sure how well these three things are able to work outside of each other if they're not connected under the same system so it was a huge consideration for us and I think for anyone who is wanting to use Dynamics.

Founder

Mike: Hi, I'm Mike. I'm the founder of Emotion, a digital marketing agency based in Spain. We serve clients here in Spain and Latin America. At the moment, we are four people in the company with three freelancers, which I hope we can include them soon as well in the company. We do digital marketing, going from website building to social media, email marketing, sales funnels with webinars and advanced chatbots. And for Metricool, I give them four out of five stars. Before using Metricool, we were actually using the social media apps themselves. So, the social media manager would log into each of the accounts within Facebook or Instagram, mainly those accounts. And then, we started playing a little bit with... What's it called? Facebook business, I forgot what it's called again. But then, you can also connect and you can post, schedule posts and everything. The problem that we have with those two approaches that the first one, you have to install and you have to give the account to every social media manager, which is not a great idea, especially nowadays that everything can get hacked so easily. And with the second approach using Facebook itself, it's not that intuitive. The interface was really not so user-friendly, and sometimes even when there's... In the inbox, you would reply to people, it would still mark as not replied and stuff. So, it was quite hectic the tools that we were using before that. So, the main reason that we chose Metricool was that we could have everything in just the one platform. So, the social media manager could just log in into Metricool, and check out comments and DMs from that platform and reply to them easily. The second part, of course, is scheduling, so we could easily see, because there's some analytics as well with the Metricool. So, we could easily figure out what time of day and which days are best for that business to post on, so that we get the most engagement. And then, I would also say that just the analytic parts is really interesting because aside from knowing when is the best time, we can also actually check out every month like, okay, what's our engagements on this channel? Have we improved which posts or reels or whatever it is that we're using, which ones are working the best? We can see it out all from a bird's eye view. And then, we also have the analytics... Well spy, I would say spyware more or less, that we can take a look at the main competitors of the business that we serve. So, we can take a look at what they are doing and what is working for them. So, we can maybe not replicate, but we can actually... We have an advantage of not knowing anything to knowing what is working, what is not. So for Metricool, it was pretty easy. The setup itself was done by myself, just looking at it online, they also have... So, here in Spain for example, they have also support in Spanish, which helped us as well. And then, it was quite easy for our social media managers also to hop on board. So actually, we didn't really need any outside help. If there was something, that people from Metricool helped us as well. So, if you're looking for a platform in which you can easily manage your social media for yourself or for clients, I would recommend it, because it gives you not only the opportunity to schedule a post, but also to have the analytics to see what's working, what is not working, so you can pivot when necessary. And also, you can have a look at what your competition is doing, what is working for them, so you can actually fine tune better your strategies. So, one of the main things that we have noticed over the past year is that a lot of small to medium-sized businesses are struggling with social media, because they are just posting, because everyone is on it. But just posting, just because you have to be there, it takes away a lot of energy and effort, and definitely to have a better control of what you're doing and it's getting results. That's why I would recommend Metricool by far.
