Superb Customer Service and Support Staff: Throughout both the pre- and post-implementation phases, I received assistance that was competent, fast, and effective.
We are early on in usage, so far the implementation and project management has been disjointed and poor. Not enough promotion of workflow and details around resourcing to go live.
I think the system albeit in its infancy allows great connections across the organisation. It also allows our staff to take advantage of great discounts.
The main feature that was missing was that it could not integrate with their own HR module which meant that my team would have to double capture any leave requests.
Great overall quality of platform for money spent with good customer service and support throughout.
Many months down the track and we are still battling with the system.
Great ways of learning and understanding a way that is descriptive with interactive screens and texts that follows with imagery and very easy to relate to and gain knowledge as a result.
One issue was with external training as this was very limited for what we need it for.

It provides me with notifications with my staff members and ensures that my tasks are completed on time. I think ELMO could improve on some of the functions and buttons or adding more processes to make it easier to communicate to your team members.
