I love that we get to hear the feedback of our patients. It is both helpful when we receive good feedback that can be shared on Google and Facebook as well as ways we could improve.
Sometimes the software gets confused when we add in a same day appointment. Because of that, the patient gets an additional text and they get confused.
Ability for patients to self book their own appointments is excellent. Love that we can text from our own phone number.
I have had feedback that the scheduling app is hard to get to use, while others (most of my patients) rave about it.
I love the text prompts for Google Reviews it makes it super easy and convenient for patients to review us on Google. Also love the appointment text reminders, it helps reduce no shows.
I would lie to be able to turn off notifications for appointment reminders even when the patient cancels a couple of hours prior to his appointment.
The text messaging between patients is awesome. The reviews being sent out automatically has increased our reviews and most important is the ease of use.
It gives the patient an outlet to let us know how we could do better before they leave us a negative review.
Overall, TigerConnect, is an amazing product and I am thankful for our system's investment in it.
The only negative feedback I've received from staff is that we are unable to copy/paste or print information from our messages, which is the reason we implemented the app in the first place.
Secure, easy to use, easy login, with excellent secure functionality including audio, video, and picture messaging. Helpful as secure messaging is critical in the hospital environment.

Ease of Use, Reliability, Efficiency. It allows staff to bridge the gap of patient care when our physicians are not physically present in clinic.
When hospitals issue us a phone, we cannot download this app on it because it is connected to our Apple ID. However, this may be more of an administrative problem than the fault of the software.
As long the clinicians are able to login and connect without issues, we are fine and happy with over all performance.
Or if a patient needs an authorization I'll get a text from the secretarial staff letting me know about it.

Prior to bringing Review Wave on board, my company used a combination of a CRM system through Benchmark and our EHR called Platinum and we manually captured appointments and sent email reminders and did phone calls for our patients. I've been extremely pleased with their support system and their onboarding process. I'd highly recommend anyone who's considering Review Wave to give it a try. They offer a 30-day free trial and so that was the timeframe in which I was able to test the system, to fully train on all of the components of the system. Also, I spoke with many practices who had used them before and so I had a high level of confidence going into that test. Overall, I highly recommend trying Review Wave for your practice.
