I love the text prompts for Google Reviews it makes it super easy and convenient for patients to review us on Google. Also love the appointment text reminders, it helps reduce no shows.
I would lie to be able to turn off notifications for appointment reminders even when the patient cancels a couple of hours prior to his appointment.
The text messaging between patients is awesome. The reviews being sent out automatically has increased our reviews and most important is the ease of use.

They offer a 30-day free trial and so that was the timeframe in which I was able to test the system, to fully train on all of the components of the system. Also, I spoke with many practices who had used them before and so I had a high level of confidence going into that test. Overall, I highly recommend trying Review Wave for your practice.
