Shuup vs SellerChamp: Which is a better fit?

I had a great experience with Shuup, the team was very organized and helpful in development stages, awesome.

Our Product Manager was absolutely terrible. Unorganized, unprepared on meetings, poor knowledge of the software, after our site went live she completely cut us off without any assistance.

They've been extremely helpful and very responsive, very understanding of our goals, and have also encouraged new ones and found solutions during our collaboration online and over the phone.

You have to pay an addition 1000$+ in order to get another language, it takes forever for the translations to be pushed.

They have a great team, I would recommend them o anyone looking for a smart and hard-working team that gets done with they promise, great service and company.

A few bugs that were promised to be fixed by the end of the week, such as a calendar popup took over 4 weeks to fix, and still isn't fixed. Translations are an absolute disaster.

I look forward to working with Shuup for the foreseeable future and very happy to be partnering with such a great team.

We have had several issues once the site went live and the issues continue. We also received almost no training on how the site operated.

The best part is the customer service - these guys are super responsive and go above and beyond to help resolve any training or customization request. They are there to help you 24X7.

I realized that i was doing most of the work correcting what was wrong with each listing.

I am really happy with it and they continue to prove to me that they were a great choice as they continue to help me with any issues which arise.

The frustrating part is the barcode recognition is quite lame, lacking in both information for the autofill of the title and the category it should be in.

That its so easy to use and the customer service is better than anything and words cant describe how amazing it is.

Our previous attempts to use such a tool had negative impacts on our business.

Sensitive content hidden] and the support team are amazing and extremely responsive. I am consistently impressed with their ability to follow through on rapid bug fixes and enhancements.

Today 4 listings that sold on another platform were not updated and one was sold. I have to cancel that sale now and I will be downgraded from ETSY as a result and I will lose sales.
