Secondary system can be slow, connecting to host can get annoying at the worst times.
We love the Support!!! We can get to someone quickly when there is a problem and they are all so personable and helpful in getting our issues resolved. The support team is TOP notch.
The only problem I have is in the reports and exports, there is not a description for the reports.
They are helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. Setting up a new establishment has so many challenges, and having a great support team for your POS is VITAL to your success.
My only issue is that there is no tools or resources for the host stand.
What we enjoyed the most is the customer service. We have used many different POS systems over the years and Rezku has the best and most reliable by far.
The recent change of cash sales only showing up for the cashier seems to leave out those restaurants (including us) whose servers do not use personal banks.
Ease of use for my team and great simple and in-depth reporting, very slick good looking hardware. Weird but customers comment all the time on how good it looks.
The back end office is somewhat confusing and hard to set up. If you have a lot of variations, this software is not for you.
A very affordable and reliable POS system with minimal training required for a tech savvy person. As it is a app based system, loaded onto an iPad, it is super easy to get up and running.
You have to message them and wait for them to call you which often doesn’t happen. The clock in/out system is worse than pen and paper.
The software is very easy to use. I love the interface of the software.
Everything & there customers service is terrible.
Excellent from the start of the sales process, through implementation and now into support.
We use it on Ipads and it has been slow, there's been connection errors on really busy days.
