MaxBulk Mailer vs Cyberimpact: Which is a better fit?

I love the fact that I can merge great looking emails with our mailing lists. Clients are always impressed with our mailings.

I'm a photographer, not a computer/data base geek, so when it isn't working I am monumentally frustrated at the inability to contact someone who can help with the problem.

The learning curve for MaxBulk Mailer is pretty easy. And if you encounter something you need help with, the tech support is superb.

We also had to give up Bounce Handler because GroupMail has inside function. Templates are extremely terrible on all softwares on the market.

It keeps getting better, it’s super reliable. I haven’t had much luck getting my non-techie friends to use it on their own.

The AI was a bit confusing. I've used many of these types of apps/services in the past and this one was by far the most difficult to jump in and use.

About 6,000 emails and MaBulk Mailer works fantastic for my needs. I have gotten several compliments about my mailings as well a few inquiries about how I do it.

I hate how every time I open the software it sends me emails asking me to update to the latest version.

It's been an amazing experience, and I have recommended to several friends who have joined as well.

I find Cyberimpact extremely finicky and annoying to use in terms of building out emails. The drag and drop content blocks can be cumbersome if you have long sections.

Their support team is responsive and friendly. We love that they are Canadian and are competitive functionality-wise with the well-known American providers.

Nothing I can think about was negative about CYBERIMPACT.

We have a few units who run their own newsletters but they are not communicators, so it's nice to have the opportunity to build out templates for them and let them populate them.

Which is sometimes confusing as whether you're actually using the most recent draft.

Amazing - I am hoping to continue using it as this product continue to improve it services.

When an email is rejected it goes into an invalid file and you cannot just move it back - you have to delete and then re-enter unless you get the customer support.
