Social Spiral vs Tremendous: Which is a better fit?

Customers love that they are able to earn rewards points for purchases without having to carry a card. Logan has been amazing and the whole Social Spiral team has been very open to feedback.

The lack of email integration and that promotions can't be linked to a specific customer and show up in their account.

It's very easy to use and my customers love collecting the rewards. Glad to support another locally owned business as well.

Once someone accidently presses "opt out" it is hard to get them back on the contact list.

During our first meeting it was apparent to me that the software being developed in our back yard was as good, or better than what we were currently utilizing.

So far, the program itself is easy to use. We and our customers love that there is no loyalty card to carry.

It is quick, easy, and allows us to customize the product. Additionally, it's great that they can choose what reward works best for them.

One dislike is that the recipients gift cards links are susceptible to theft if the email is compromised in some way and ends up in the wrong hands.

The Tremendous team is easy to work with and responsive. The dashboard solves a lot of our needs to help us manage this in one solution rather than many individual gift card vendors.

Customer service is not that fast and hard to contact with them some times.

I love the different options for types of rewards to send, the speed with which the rewards go out, and the repetition of the templates.

We used to pay our participants with physical checks.

Introducing Tremendous to our organization came at the perfect time- the start of the pandemic. We needed a solution to continue providing gift cards, safely, to our customers in the community.
