I have love the ability to track all my rental payments and list my properties for rent quickly. The ability to accept applications and run background checks has been phenomenal.
It was hard for me to figure out how the different parts such as lease, listings, applications all work together.
Overall this is a great system for the price. I have had it in use for less than 6 months but I believe, after a few weeks of research that this is the best product in the market today.

Customer Service agents are so fast, efficent and super helpful. They are really good at getting you the information you need and always ask if you need help with anything else before exiting chat.

It has a fanatics dashboard with friendly user interface that I can have a good overview with just a glimpse. Also, with detailed documentation, it is quite easy for setup and understand how to use.

It is very easy to setup and has great customer support. The notification template is helpful to send quick messages to all tenants in a building.
You have to leave a message and wait for them to call back and usually by the time they call back I am off to the next project and not near the computer.

One of the best things about RentRedi was the onboarding process. It's very user-friendly. So we had someone holding our hand the whole time as we were setting up our RentRedi profile. I think the biggest recommendation is to utilize all of the resources that RentRedi has. It has a vast amount of resources that you can use and assistants that are on there ready to help. So use those resources and you'll be on your way.
