One of the things that I love Just Call is the user-friendly interface. Moreover, I also like how it integrates with other websites just like Pipedrive (for the leads) and make.com (automation).
It’s really hard to find the voicemail. I have endless dislikes about the app.
Lastly, they keep regularly and proactively updating about other things I asked. Their customer support is simply excellent, responsive and reliable.
Extension is rendered useless by the constant (literally one every 5 seconds) Chrome notifications that are impossible to turn off that your "macbook speakers are now connected.
Works amazing for the most part. Very little issues and super glad we found them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
When more then one caller is ringing for 2 different accounts there is no way of choosing which caller you can answer.
Just all is easy to Install and use, free text and calling are a cherry on top. Using that service to grow sales is amazing.
At some point there were interruptions due to the network. Also sometimes cut the voice due to the connection.
I cannot complain, as they offer a great solution for a fair and flexible price. Now that they have integrated Microsoft Teams into their platform, it hjas been a huge advantage to us.
I had a bad experience upgrading to 59.0 I was not told there were major issues with this release. Nor was there anything advising customers of same on website.
The PBX works very stable, is feature rich and easy to use for our costomers.
The main problems that I run into are caused by software updates. One thing in particular is accessing the PBX interface on mobile.
Solid and is hosted entirely in AWS makes this an unreal service offering. The system has been hardened over the last 15 years and its community is quite supportive.
PBX administration is difficult if you are not knowledgeable about it. My shortcoming more than the software.
I have used this software since 2011 it was Snom at that time. It works great and is easy to use.
Nevertheless, I had major customer angst due to unexplainable outages, but support helped me to upgrade 60, which was not easy because of changes (for which no migration was available?).
Alex: Hi, my name's Alex. I was the student success team manager at Tutorly. And I would give JustCall a four out of five rating. We used JustCall as our phone system for customer service related inquiries and sales related inquiries. Each member of our team had a login for JustCall, and JustCall then integrated with the CRM we were using, which was HubSpot, and all of the call and texts for customer service or sales related needs were then recorded into our CRM. As a manager, I really liked that I could, at real time, monitor a call that one of my sales teams was making, so I could listen to their script work, I can listen to how confident they were on the phone and it would help me better coach my sales team. Additionally, I really liked that a record of the call was then automatically integrated with our CRM. So if there was ever a customer that was saying that they said one thing, I could go back and listen to the call, to listen to the complaint and then address the customer's needs or complaint or whatever the issue was. I thought it was a little bit expensive for what other competitors were offering at the time.
