One of the things that I love Just Call is the user-friendly interface. Moreover, I also like how it integrates with other websites just like Pipedrive (for the leads) and make.com (automation).
Extension is rendered useless by the constant (literally one every 5 seconds) Chrome notifications that are impossible to turn off that your "macbook speakers are now connected.
Lastly, they keep regularly and proactively updating about other things I asked. Their customer support is simply excellent, responsive and reliable.
When more then one caller is ringing for 2 different accounts there is no way of choosing which caller you can answer.
Just all is easy to Install and use, free text and calling are a cherry on top. Using that service to grow sales is amazing.
At some point there were interruptions due to the network. Also sometimes cut the voice due to the connection.
TextBox is easy to use for employees and members absolutely love the ability to text us. I also love the scheduled text ability and the auto-responders.
There is a lack of group messaging and no really intuitive way to send and receive MMS.
Not only is it convenient and members love it, but it also is excellent for keeping track of conversations and looking back at them when needed.
We are also struggling with opening pictures in the program.
It's great for mass texts or individual use. Great product and the support team is awesome.
It's hard to make contact with clients by telephone or email, especially the younger group. Everyone responds to a text message almost immediately.
I love how easy and efficient it is to use. We can also attach photos, which is nice.
The only thing that is tough is that if too many people in my business have access to the textbox software then sometimes everyone things someone else will respond.
Alex: Hi, my name's Alex. I was the student success team manager at Tutorly. And I would give JustCall a four out of five rating. We used JustCall as our phone system for customer service related inquiries and sales related inquiries. Each member of our team had a login for JustCall, and JustCall then integrated with the CRM we were using, which was HubSpot, and all of the call and texts for customer service or sales related needs were then recorded into our CRM. As a manager, I really liked that I could, at real time, monitor a call that one of my sales teams was making, so I could listen to their script work, I can listen to how confident they were on the phone and it would help me better coach my sales team. Additionally, I really liked that a record of the call was then automatically integrated with our CRM. So if there was ever a customer that was saying that they said one thing, I could go back and listen to the call, to listen to the complaint and then address the customer's needs or complaint or whatever the issue was. I thought it was a little bit expensive for what other competitors were offering at the time.
