Ease of use is amazing - no hangups when going from a PC to a mobile device to view calls or data. Real time reporting and notifications are great.
Once we have cancelled a phone number for a client, we are unable to go back in and listen to the calls years down the road.

Using the mobile app, it takes at least two attempts to start a new conversation. Also, once I've addressed a notification, I have to kill the app and reopen it for the notifications badge to go away.

I'm not using a lot of the great features CallHippo has to offer but it's really easy to use, it's a reliable service and definitely with the best customer support.

We are using CallHippo to reach our new clients, providing support to our existing clients, solving their problems. It is a good option to reach clients using CallHippo. CallHippo support is very good. Their interface of website and the application are very good, really great. So I am loving their packages. They're affordable for every startup or new businesses. Sometimes we try to call our clients. But it cuts out. I don't know the reason. But this is a drawback about CallHippo. But overall it's great.
