Right now, we have to manually attach speakers to sessions and it is kind of a pain.
I love how to build proposal, invoices, etc. The integration features within emails, e-signing, is wonderful and makes an ease for both our employees and clients.
I have assumed a few times and sent an auto email to someone with whom I had just spoken a few days prior and it is a bit embarrassing.

Mary: Hi, my name's Mary. I'm a director of education for a nonprofit association, planning conferences and continuing education events. I would give Swoogo a rating of five stars. Before Swoogo, our association was using paper processes for registrations, and we were using a created-by-us database in Microsoft Access. It was clunky, a lot of manual legwork to process registrations, and a lot of errors. Just human error happening during our registration process. We chose Swoogo to help us automate all of our registration processes. To help streamline the process for the participants from the moment they decide they want to consider attending our event through post-event evaluation. But the biggest kicker was just the automation that was offered within Swoogo, allowing us to customize the experience for each attendee with the built-in logic within the system and the logic built into their email platform associated with registration. It was so easy getting started with Swoogo. They offered a really great 101 and 102 training. And then they have a very robust support center online with reference articles and documentation. And their support team is topnotch. If I send them an email asking a question, I get a response very quickly and it's always super helpful. And they've been amazing. I highly recommend anyone considering Swoogo to just take the leap of faith and try it. You won't regret it.
