Wolf: Hey, my name is Wolf. I'm a mid-market account executive. I give SalesLoft a four out of five. For more videos like this, click on the link below. So, we primarily use SalesLoft just as an engagement tool, so something is basic as just as a dialer to call other customers or prospects, and then as far as more advanced functionality, using it for cadences, for email campaigns and just providing us with a more efficient flow for calling these cadences. One of my favorite things about SalesLoft, which I didn't know about initially was just the integrated dialer within Salesforce. So, even though I think a lot of people use SalesLoft within its own window, that little dialer has a ton of functionality. So, it got to the point where I was pretty much using that dialer for shooting out emails, just interacting with customers without having to toggle between Salesforce and SalesLoft. So, that was personally my favorite part about it. The only thing that was a little bit... I wasn't involved from an implementation site, so it could have just been user error, but I did notice that sometimes some of the mapping from Salesforce to SalesLoft and vice versa kind of created some random information within certain fields, but that was the only thing that I recall not loving.
