Designed for organizations from large companies to startups and from webinar hosts to churches and meetings that involve an audience (both physical and online).
Small to medium businesses, Enterprise
We like the quick setup and the integrations made possible with our apps. We also like the time of response and how the system is robust and give reliable dynamics.
User interface is difficult and often confusing.
Setting up an audience response with a variety of option is a breeze and the back-end is very powerful. The attendee experience is super slick on mobile web.
I really dislike how you have access to one type of poll but some of the features are locked. Only available through a higher tier purchase.
I enjoy the ease of use, and the ability to not only post questions, but vote up those of greatest interest to me.
I cant say that there is anything I dislike about meeting pulse.
Customer support to get us kicked off was very good and feedback from our users during the meeting was 70% perfect score with over 90% favorable.
It was difficult to have a second question in a presentation without having a non-presenting laptop to be behind the scenes.
An improved version of Sococo: good performance, great screen share and whiteboard, good user interface. Less stupid name as well.
In presentation mode, some attendees were unable to see the presentations or videos, or they could see one but not the other. There was no rhyme or reason for why it worked for some and not others.
I love the creativity and ease of learning the platform. It is the next best thing to in-person meetings or networking events.
Zoom simply does not provide a solution for this problem. Breakout sessions are awkward and require an admin to be present all the time to move people between rooms.
We loved how fun this platform is. We needed something that allowed people to pick different tables to connect at and Remo did just that.
3 people out of 50 always experience problems with cam/mic working, some give up and leave.
As a first time user of this kind of platform/software I was very impressed with the ease to get started.
Common unresolvable tech problems for some users - could only hear one other person, or couldn't be heard, for example. Limits group to 6 - sometimes wanted bigger option.
Amy H.: Hi, my name is Amy. I am a client manager. And if I had to give MeetingPulse a rating between one to five, I would probably give it a four. For more views like this, click the link below. My company really likes to use MeetingPulse on our live stream broadcast platform. It gives our clients the opportunity to either talk amongst themselves, send out polls, or ask questions to their audience for their virtual event. So, it tracks all of the information that people put in, and our clients can also have their attendees put in their name and email so that they can contact them after the event if there was any unanswered questions or further information that they wanted to send out. We use it for pretty much all of our clients that use our live stream platform, so it's a really, really great opportunity to increase audience interaction. What I like most about MeetingPulse is how user-friendly it is. The user experience that you get with the platform is very, very intuitive. It just makes sense. It's very nice to be able to upload a question or upvote someone's comment if I'm saying, "Hey, I'm so happy to be here at this virtual event," someone else or 20 other people could upload it, so it's at the top of the list. It really just makes sense, and I know our clients that use it say the same thing. They really like how intuitive it is and how clean it looks on a landing page or an access page. It was really well developed, and I think it's a really solid solution. The only thing that I don't really like about MeetingPulse and that my clients kind of dislike as well is that whenever you are first doing your introduction and getting into the platform, it just asks for your name and email. It doesn't say, "Enter your first name and last name," and so a lot of people will just enter John or Susan and not their last name. We send the reports from MeetingPulse to all of our clients, and so sometimes, if there's only a first name and not a last name, it gets inconsistent, and our clients don't really have all of the information they would like to have. So that's the one thing. If MeetingPulse could just say, "Enter your first name and last name," that would solve a lot of problems for us.
Melissa D.: Hello, I am Melissa. I am a Conference Services Manager in the events industry management. I give Remo Conference software four out of five. Other software I have used in the events industry is AllSeated EVVO. I've gone to other softwares because I found it a little bit difficult working with AllSeated EVVO, as you had to create an avatar and it was a little bit harder to move around the virtual software rooms. I chose to use Remo Conference as it was very user-friendly and very cost effective. You could easily manipulate the software, add different rooms and title those different rooms. And we found that new users coming in didn't need a lot of instruction in order to move forward within the conference. Remo also offered plenty of training and online tech support. Remo was very easy to onboard within our company. We found plenty of tech support, and we also found that the user-friendly software was very versatile for different formats we were using within conferences. When making the consideration to use Remo Conference, I would suggest taking their free training seminars as well as you get a 14-day trial period. So that's what I have done and we used it internally first within a small test market to see how the software was working and how we can manipulate it to work within our different groups. You also have that opportunity. It's very user-friendly and the tech support is unlimited.
