Amy H
Client Manager
4.0

Amy H.: Hi, my name is Amy. I am a client manager. And if I had to give MeetingPulse a rating between one to five, I would probably give it a four. For more views like this, click the link below. My company really likes to use MeetingPulse on our live stream broadcast platform. It gives our clients the opportunity to either talk amongst themselves, send out polls, or ask questions to their audience for their virtual event. So, it tracks all of the information that people put in, and our clients can also have their attendees put in their name and email so that they can contact them after the event if there was any unanswered questions or further information that they wanted to send out. We use it for pretty much all of our clients that use our live stream platform, so it's a really, really great opportunity to increase audience interaction. What I like most about MeetingPulse is how user-friendly it is. The user experience that you get with the platform is very, very intuitive. It just makes sense. It's very nice to be able to upload a question or upvote someone's comment if I'm saying, "Hey, I'm so happy to be here at this virtual event," someone else or 20 other people could upload it, so it's at the top of the list. It really just makes sense, and I know our clients that use it say the same thing. They really like how intuitive it is and how clean it looks on a landing page or an access page. It was really well developed, and I think it's a really solid solution. The only thing that I don't really like about MeetingPulse and that my clients kind of dislike as well is that whenever you are first doing your introduction and getting into the platform, it just asks for your name and email. It doesn't say, "Enter your first name and last name," and so a lot of people will just enter John or Susan and not their last name. We send the reports from MeetingPulse to all of our clients, and so sometimes, if there's only a first name and not a last name, it gets inconsistent, and our clients don't really have all of the information they would like to have. So that's the one thing. If MeetingPulse could just say, "Enter your first name and last name," that would solve a lot of problems for us.

Harlan E
Practice Administrator
5.0

Harlan E.: My name is Harlan. I'm a director of operations and I give Teamviewer five stars. And for more reviews, click below. Previously to using Teamviewer we actually used UltraVNC and it was a little bit more difficult to log in and remote support people. But Teamviewer made it so much easier. The reason we chose Teamviewer is exactly because it's so easy to use. It's easy to onboard. The price is right, and it makes supporting others whether local or far away super easy. Teamviewer was easy to onboard. Simply download. It installs quickly and you're there. You're ready to go. If you're interested in remote software Teamviewer's the way to go. Whether it's for work or for supporting your mother, your grandmother, gosh, it doesn't come any easier than this. Teamviewer's the way to go.
