We went with Freshchat instead because of the lack of functionalities. Freshchat had a lot more functions to offer. Freshchat is a great application when it comes to a chatbot solution. The capabilities and functionalities that it has at each node was a lot greater than all of the other competitors out there. Freshchat was extremely easy to integrate with our business. We were able to get it set up on our website within 24 hours of setting it up. I think that people should give Freshchat a chance depending on what type of business you have, but it has great capabilities. And the cost is right for small businesses.
