They are a great platform and continually work to resolve the dwindling lists of asks we have. Their creative and support teams are great and the CSMs are so amazing I could jump up and down.
That it is not compatible with Android. A lot of our sales team has Androids and work remotely from their mobile devices so it's a bummer that they are not able to load the signatures.
We love having the ability to assign different campaigns for each team to better target prospects. It has also served as a great tool to get information out to prospects and current customers.
The pricing is a bit hard when you have a large team and you need to pay per individual to have this added to their signature.
Love how simple it integrates with either GSuite or 0365. I love the custom fields so I can inject our own UTM parameters for even better score-carding.

To make it worse, recently they have taken down all the instructional videos and written tutorials for Webinar Jam. Replaced them with an API document which is useless to us.
The idea is brilliant and the features are great and the integration is awesome for a basic user and small business. You can do most everything you need right within the platform.

Before Sigstr we were using Gmail Signatures and it wasn't working out because people were making up titles that they didn't actually have, people were putting in movie quotes for titles, there was zero customization and there was also zero continuity for the customer experience. We chose Sigstr because of the correct price point. It was the right one for us. And also the deep customization that you get with individual employees. Also, you can create groups which allow you to basically have certain signatures for their certain groups like, for your implementation team or your customer success team, plus there's some deep analytics that you'll get in there that tell you who clicked on what, which is incredibly helpful from a marketing standpoint. Onboarding with Sigstr is super simple. They have an individual's customer success manager that's going to walk you through. There's an implementation survey that actually chooses what type of implementation you need to make it easier for your team. And then once you're getting started, it's really off to the races and it's simple to flip off a switch to get everybody onto their individual signature. For anyone looking at a software like Sigstr, I would want 100% say to do it. You need to look at it from a marketing standpoint. What can this offer me? You need to look at it from a customer standpoint. What does this offer me? You also need to look at it from a continuity standpoint. Having easy signatures across their whole entire company is a huge benefit, plus it looks great to the customer, plus you get all the analytics that come from it as well.

I've converted my website over the Kartra as well, and it's working tremendous for all three of those. What I like most about Kartra is an all-in-one solution for webpage building, for email marketing, for lead generation, and also for website. So it's a one-stop solution, which I really like. Now, what I dislike about Kartra, and I gave it a four only because it's not a full manageable CRM. I know things are changing and evolving, and I hope Kartra will put that in soon. But once it gets some CRM features, it will definitely be a five in my book.
