Pros Invoicing is very easy, wide variety of reports to choose from for payroll and other financial information. Cons I really liked the ease of payroll but over the years the price had increased so much we just couldn't afford it anymore. It wasn't worth the money when we have less than 10 employees. And my treasurer in the Rescue finds it invaluable for tracking our finances. Pros I own a small business and I run a rural animal rescue we use QuickBooks for both. In both cases it’s extremely easy to track sales and payments and produce financial statements. I find it very user-friendly. I’m easy to find what I need quickly. Cons When printing out reports for a specific timeframe, it will default back to the current timeframe rather than holding it. Pros QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Edition is user friendly and I am able to customize report fields, fonts, titles, etc. Cons difficult to get customer support, they don't give you an easy to locate customer support phone number.
