MedTrainer vs Modio Health: Which is a better fit?

I like the convenience of being able to load all of the expiration dates on the system and have it send reminders when the expiration date is getting close. Loved the ease of assigning classes.

Hazardous Waste, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, BioHaz. Electrical and Maintenance.

The customer support provided is also outstanding. I can't say enough great things about MedTrainer or their service.

There are several odd things like when you go to upload an external transcript, the button states "multiple" and not single so you have to drag and drop versus opening a browser to connect to a file.

The value you receive for the price is the best part of the package. All of the pieces are there that you need to meet most compliance needs and the basic functionality of each piece is good.

Some of the trainings need some work, edited for spelling errors even.

I like the ease of use and the ability to create custom courses to fit the needs of our organization.

More recently we have been having issues with multiple staff having to have their password reset for no apparent reason.

They have been great to work, they are very knowledgeable about their product and always helpful.

In our home state, refills are invalid if the prescribers' license is inactive, so those dispenses would have been both illegal and subject to payer refunds.

Overall, we are thrilled with Modio. The user friendly interface doesn’t require extensive training so we were able to jump in benefit from the functionality right away.

And the Task function could be improved - it does not notify when a task has been missed (required completion date has been missed).

The overall experience has been great. From the implementation to the customer service follow up, everyone on the Modio team I've worked with has been wonderful.

VERY difficult to cancel this service. Still getting invoices despite notification of canceling months ago.

Modio support has been amazing, they clearly welcome feedback and are constantly making improvements. The efficiency and productivity gained by using Modio invaluable.
