I have yet to encounter something I dislike about SupplyPike.

When they changed their dashboard, it was a little confusing, at first, to find the information I was looking for.

You have to be very cautious with the price, because it doesn't manage itself, you still have to check it regularly and change things on a regular basis.
The ability to customize prices for certain seasons and the amount of flexibility with different pricing and minimum stays is fantastic.
Difficult configuration of costumizations for automatic updates. There are 3 levels of configuration which is not easy understandable.
I like the ease of use the most. PriceLabs is easy to set up, easy to customize, and easy to reach a competent customer service team if you have any questions.
That said, I couldn't be happier with the service.

Before PriceLabs, we weren't really using any product at all, and it wasn't working because we had no way to actually check what was the correct pricing and how to accurately price things in order to maximize our return, given any time of year and even into the future. I chose PriceLabs because it allowed me to be carefree but yet know that I'm getting the right pricing for my hotel. Any time, even months into the future, I could still have the correct pricing. Getting started was relatively easy. I took a little bit of learning how to use it, but once I got the basics down, it was great. I would recommend that they definitely look into it because it's a great system that is built specifically for what it says it does. So if you're looking for that control of your pricing, knowing you're pricing your property right, that's definitely the product for you.
