Joseph H
Associate
4.0

Joseph H.: My name is Joseph. I work as a real estate analyst for a small company, under 10 employees. And then I would rate my experience with JotForm as a four out of five. Ultimately, what we use JotForm is responding to customer and tenant inquiries, to quickly take in their information and then respond to their requests or concerns in a timely and promptly manner. Without a doubt, some of the best features of JotForm are, number one, the customizability. So you can ultimately create the form for any need that I have, as a business, of capturing information quickly. And then secondly, it's really easy to implement. It took me probably 10 to 15 minutes to get the form created, put on our website, and then actively opt to begin capturing information. And then the last thing is it integrates really well via API with a variety of different automated services. Ultimately, you can set it up, then not have to touch it and just start receiving information after you get that automation completed. Overall, my experience with JotForm was really positive. I think one thing that I would like to see within JotForm is if there's a template library, so ultimately just a collaboration of different users combining different JotForm templates that would be readily available. And so instead of creating one-off templates for each different use that I have, if there's a pre-made set of templates that are commonly used across different customers, I think it would be really helpful to just have that readily available to go ahead and use instead of having to create a new one each time.

Glinis B
President and Owner
5.0

Glinis: Hi, my name is Glinis. I am the president and founder of my company, and my size is myself, and I have one contractor. And for Wooclap, I give it five stars. One of the products that I was using, it needed to use the phone numbers online to make sure it was in Canada. So when you had to go to settings, it had to be in Canada for obvious reasons, I'm in Canada. However, though, it would just kind of default back to U.S. So when I would log in, it would default and I'd have to troubleshoot on my own. And I just basically figured out what was going on, so I had to keep resetting it back to a Canada number. So that was a major issue for me with it. And then the other one was, I guess at the time, when I was not on my own, it was just the expense of it. It was not as valued with within where I was working previously, so that was a reason I was using the free version and just didn't give me what I needed from what I knew what a paid version would get, so that was also a reason. It was just the cost of it. With Wooclap, what I really enjoy is that it's really easy to use. It's with the phone. I just found it a lot easier than past ones to put in people's information. I like the QR code where you can just easily print it, attach it to posters. Sometimes I'll just snapshot the QR code and inserted that. So that's why I really like Wooclap. It's anonymous. So anytime I've used it with any of my clients, I've said, "This is anonymous." I said, "There's a setting that even I can't tell who's been responding." So I just leave it all anonymous, and people really appreciate that. I think it's made our client meetings more productive because we've gotten discussions where, because the answer was anonymous, they were able to share more. And I've had past people I've worked with and clients come up and tell me what they appreciated is that they're not as comfortable to speak in the group, so they said that they really appreciated being able to engage fully with their opinion, and they appreciated the fact that it was still anonymous, so they can give their opinion with executive leaderships in the room and that was really helpful. Really easy. Wooclap is really, I'll just look up sometimes the help or I'll just figure out. I like how Wooclap sends out, you know when you guys add new features to your Wooclap, so I actually always check them out. I see what new things I can try. Using Wooclap embedded in PowerPoint has been really useful. And I like it too when you're going to meetings where they've never actually used their cell phone for meetings, they're really like, aha, oh, I love this. This is great. So I actually get really good feedback from it, because it's so easy to use on their end as well. I just give some quick instructions, because I've gotten familiar, even versus iPhone versus Androids, of how to log in. For instance, the Android phones, some of them default that there's a setting that they're not able just to automatically connect to Wooclap, so we have to go into their phone, change it back. And even with iPhone, sometimes they'll have it turned off, so it's just been really easy to connect. So I appreciate the large number of people, so if you're doing engagements, what a hundred, few hundred people, you can get so much content, whatever time you're getting answering in the questions, two minutes, five, ten minutes, whatever you give out. So that's really great. It collects content super quick, puts it into the report, the PDF or the Excel, but that's recommendation. And then aside from that, the other thing I would recommend is using it to do your registration. I've used it in my projects, instead of using the alternatives such as Google to make a sheet where people put in their name, address, questions like that, I've used Wooclap for that purpose as well, and because of the QR code, and it's just been really useful that way. So that's what I would recommend to do that for engagement and registration form.
