Hipaa compliance is very important, and this platform does a good job of this. The platform also works on a low and reasonable bandwidth, and speed, and the picture and sound are still quite good.
Patients also frequently complain about the inability to connect bluetooth devices unless they connect the device after start up of the app.
Great "call" quality and very easy to naviagate. The main difference with Vsee as opposed to Zoom, etc. is the encryption, allowing for secure counseling sessions.
There is no way to contact a human to discuss the problems.
Loved this software and depended on it for daily use for my essential telemental health sessions. In the beginning, I was given a free Demo with a support person that was great.
Sometimes, we have to switch to Zoom. I would prefer to avoid this problem.
What I liked most about VSee is it's easy to use and has a messaging feature which was helpful if a client couldn't join the video call right away. It was easy to download and create a profile.

Well the first thing I love is that it is now free with out insurance plan. That’s awesome and amazing.
Even if you won't get any medical advice from doctor nor proper service, once you get a call you will be charged regardless, which is terrible and very frustrating.
This is the app to go for if you want a quick medical advice for minor ailments or refill of maintenance prescriptions. My insurance covers this service so it is super convenient.
The rude customer service rep AGREEING that the "no explanation cancelation" policy was a bad one and telling me nothing would be done about it.
I didn’t have to take off work for a basic ailment because Teladoc had me scheduled same day. The docs are professional and do the best they can within the setup.

Nathan H.: My name is Nathan. I'm owner of a mental health agency. And I give VSee Clinic a five out of five. For more reviews like this, quick below. Some options I had considered was using Zoom. Didn't do that just because of the cost of it. And then also looked into like Skype and FaceTime, but those are not HIPAA compliant. So that's why I didn't choose those platforms. I chose the VSee Clinic because of the HIPAA compliancy, the security of it, and also being able just to invite specific clients into it and they can use their phone or laptop for it and be able to do secure web seminars and conferencing directly with them. And it was cost-effective for me. Yeah, it was easy just to implement the system, just getting the username ID and password and all that signed on. And then just getting different clients signed on, just connecting them and having them search for me as their provider. So most of my clients, it's been a smooth transition, just getting them into the system. I would say the main advice that I have, assuming that this is a good fit for you, would be to just make sure when you invite people in it, that you give them the steps to search for you as a provider. And then if people have like issues with passwords and all that, just directing them to the main website to have a representative just kind of reset their password. Those were some of the main issues that I've had that I've been able just to find solutions. And the website, the people are able to help them very easily so far.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name's Sarah. I'm the owner of Moondust Menagerie, and I give Teladoc a five out of five. A lot of times, my job is strenuous. I spend a lot of hours bending over and things like that, so I may acquire a headache. There's times that I have swelling and things like that. I know that I jumped on Teladoc and they immediately wrote me a prescription. It had to do with my blood pressure at the time, they said because of the lack of sleep and I wasn't sleeping well. My medicine was there immediately within like 15 minutes, and I've used them ever since. Teladoc is a company that is there all the time. So it's 24/7. You can use them whenever. There's even been times that I could refill other medicine or even medications that I may not have the money for on hand, but I could definitely just let them know why. I have heartburn or something, and they could immediately prescribe it for me because it just takes seconds, it seems like, and then just have it readily there. The only issue that I've had with Teladoc is the fact that there are prescriptions, certain times they cannot tell me what around me has my prescription, or they'll prescribe me things that they're low on in the area. I don't know if there is some type of notice that they have, but that's about the only thing that I have an issue with, because everything else is taken care of.
