MaintMaster vs ShireSystem: Which is a better fit?

Good functionality to upload images to jobs, assets,persons and items and also create navigation to assets in the images. The search functionality is outstanding with dynamic result filtering.

Very annoying with the limitations on one time zone and one currency.

A good partner that helps us getting better regarding maintenance. They listen and trys to improve ther product to meet our requirements.

Today it is quite difficult to change the design and content of the printing preferences.

MaintMaster is a very flexible and user friendly Maintenance system. Its easy to setup and configure to your specific needs and the possibilty to create your own selections/filters is very powerful.

In the start there were some functions that I missed. But in the latest versions the development have catched up.

Good that we can use the same program in all the countries we are active in.

Today we are using Maint Master for the daily maintanence activities, but also to follow up health and safety (accidents, near misses).

It has great functionality which is easy to exploit, and when you need some help, both the online and help desk are easily accesible.

The scheduler has very limited changes or Filtering is difficult in the scheduler. Changes are not easily made.

The report features are good and the breadth of the software is good.

The pages could do with loading up faster. Still some features missing compared to Frontline.

The software is user friendly, ease of use and navigating between functions or screens. Fairly easy to pick up and use.

My main gripe with Shire Systems, rather than the actual software, is that they won't rectify the sort of problems as mentioned earlier, that must affect all users.

The flexibility of the system and the way the respective modules link into one another is fantastic.

There are some features that don't allow you to rectify a mistake if you make one.
