Rocketium vs Upfluence: Which is a better fit?

With an easy to use API, along with the support from Rocketium we are able to process our files with great success. This is a great team to work with and I highly recommend them and their services.

When we tried to cancel, they would not let us and then after billing for another month, they refused to offer a refund. Now have to go through VISA to attempt a chargeback.

I love how flexible Rocketium is to create the right kind of videos for your needs. I also love their templates which can often be enough to simply swap out images and text for your own.

The timings function with the new updates is extremely difficult to use. I have to actually do math.

Rocketium handles the creative automation part very perfectly. The integration with other professional designing tools, Asset management, and the workflow associated are remarkable.

We are using the R programming language. There is no documentation for this language so it took a while to figure out how to make the API calls in the beginning.

I like mostly the confidence that the entrepreneur community has in this product. It lets me know that once I get the hang of it, it will be well worth the investment.

You have a limited number a videos per month (depending on your plan). You do not templates, but rather styles to use in your video.

I love that Upfluence integrates seamlessly into other platforms like Shopify and woocommerce.

The customer support is horrendous. Dealing with their IT when things are completely broken takes days to respond and then its always the same response that doesnt fix anything.

They have great customer service and are always willing to hop on a call and explain something. Additionally, they are always improving and updating the platform to benefit the users.

I personally always struggled with the feature that gives clients access to viewing influencer content for a campaign. I found that my clients were confused by it and couldn't figure it out easily.

The team from day one has been amazing, supportive, responsive, and generally caring about you as a business/customer.

We have disconnected from the platform for almost 9 months and tried numerous times until we gave up trying. Billing refuses to stop billing even tho they are not able to repair the integration.

Upfluence lets you slice and dice their database of influencers to find the perfect fit. I love all the advanced targeting features.

We thought we were signing a month to month, and got trapped into a 12 month contract. It was presented in such a way you thought it was month to month.
