The customer support is incredibly fast and friendly. The support from our Customer Success Manager is also very good, always helpful and competent.
It is difficult to understand how the tool calculates, e.g. vacation days. I have made the same mistake a few times with manually adjusting vacation days for on-call work.
We had an implementation manager who was understanding, helpful, progressively thinking and extremely well versed in the product. On top of it she was flexible and friendly.
A bit weak on the reporting side, especially when it comes to the recruiting function.
The platform is super confident and easy to understand for everyone. The vacations can be taken in and out at will and all requirements as well as HR are directly on the screen.
But a price increase of more than 30% from one day to the next is very unusual and annoying.

Overall, I find Proliant to be simple and efficient. I have been a fan of the ease of use of ReadyPay for awhile and this newer updated version is just as good.
The system is a few different systems parsed together so there is not a clear and uniform flow from one area to the other. Overall, Proliant was one of the worst mistakes that we ever made.
The set-up was quick and efficient. The staff is great to work with when you need to speak to someone - responsive and pleasant.
Proliant was a terrible decision. Nothing with them went to plan and we were never technically fully moved out of implementation even though we spent two plus years with them.
As a happy user of Proliant, I love its automation tools and the ability to customize workflows and reports.
The multi-factor authentication also makes me a little nuts. Because my browser is set to limit cookies, I have to log in, get a code from my email, then answer three questions every time I log in.
Even on the more challenging days of payroll (LOL) I am able to process payroll in a relatively short amount of time (providing everything works like it should. This is a fabulous payroll system.
There was quite a few 'back of the house' errors that happened as our program was set up that we encountered as I was trying to process payroll.
