Specialty retailers ranging from 2 - 4,000+ locations with unlimited users.
Self-care businesses wanting a fully-integrated business management platform that handles everything from scheduling to point of sale - helping businesses boost revenue and increase client retention.
The product/customer support is great. It allows for a review of all sales and has great statistics to make it easy to track.
So whatever you do, don't use this company. They operate on criminal contract practices.
User friendly and very good reporting. Integrated well with Great Plains and Quickbooks - good customer service.
I dislike that there is not a fully functioning mobile version for running reports when away from your location.
They do a great job everything that has to do with this kind of product they are always having good things this why I love this product the best one the usa.
The schedule feature can also be somewhat confusing to put together.
Ease of use, the integration of how things work together thru the software are awesome. Really enjoy using it for our wireless business.
For whatever reason, the memory management in RQ Retail Management is unbelievably poor.
The interface is more intuitive than others and easier on the eyes. Client-tracking is useful and loyalty program is very exciting.
Very hard to ring up retail, flow/UX needs work. I HATE that it’s not integrated into Wix, Instagram, or Facebook.
Overall, this software is user friendly and easy to learn and teach to others. It has a nice visual layout and is reliable.
The delay in reporting when a sale is made can be frustrating.
Overall I'm very happy with the software. It's easy to use and training desk staff to use it is super slick.
The only thing I have trouble with is not being able to change services/timing after one is booked.
It has a feel like you are asking a friend to help you, so patient and there was always a familiar quality throughout the entire customer experience for us.
Sometime the software lags or crashes but that might also have to do with WiFi.
Glenn: Hi, my name is Glenn. I'm a Talent Development Manager, and I rate RQ Retail Management, a four out of five. For more reviews like this, click below. Some of the issues that we can solve with RQ Retail Management is definitely clocking in and out. That's number one. But also, logging in sales for our business and tracking inventory. What I like most about the software is definitely the ability to look at inventory in different stores. You can look at all the inventory in the RQ Retail Management system for all of our locations, whether it's nearby or far away. And that way we can request for that inventory to be shipped if it's needed for the store. Like my store, if I need an actual phone or something like that, we can get that to our store very quickly. What I like least about the software is definitely probably the interface. It's not as customizable as some others I've seen. It's kind of basic, to be honest with you. That's what I would say.
Destiny L.: Hi, my name is Destiny. I'm an office manager for a beauty company called SEV. SEV is a pretty big company, California-based. We just started expanding in New York. As the office manager. We utilize Boulevard a lot, and I have to say things of everything that has to do with running a beauty business when it comes to scheduling clients, charging clients, and also charging them cancellation fees, which is really important. Boulevard, I'm going to have to say, I give five stars. With SEV, they haven't used any other technology. I think Boulevard pretty much gets the entire concept of what our business does, so I can't really compare any previous softwares to Boulevard. But yeah. I think one of the main reasons, it's how fast it operates. We're very fast-paced business. We take about 100 clients there. We leave little to no room for any space. It's really very back-to-back, and Boulevard just seems to be high functioning when it comes to clicking, moving appointments, scheduling appointments, canceling appointments. It makes everything easier to see on the screen altogether. Personally, I found Boulevard very easy. Everything is clear. I like that Boulevard allows us to use emoticons or emotion cons. That's very helpful for our business to divide which client has specific limitations from other clients. But yeah. The advice I would give to people who want to consider Boulevard as a software for their business is to do it. I think it encompasses everything a business is, from looking at a sales perspective to looking at getting personal to looking at employees and also with clients. It builds better relationships with clients.
