Law firms, corporate legal, and government legal
I am very happy with digify. Mainly, I am pleased with how easy it is to use for what I need it for.
The sending of customized invitation/collaboration message to external user got frequently blocked for no understandable reason.
Overall, my experience with Digify has been terrific. Very good support, very good help, and the platform works extremely well and is very dependable.
Many institutional clients have trouble accessing due to firewall issues.
What I love the most about the product is that I can share files (video/film/PDF presentations) with the people I want to share it with.
The interface was a tad bit confusing at first, but you eventually get the hang of it.
The ease of setup, along with the helpful solution base provided by Digify makes it a fantastic product. The possibilities offered within the product environment structure are plentiful.
We are working on an API integration to be able to upload files automatically - not sure how that is going to work yet.
We love being able to have a plain-language, easy to understand, questionnaire that still gets us the information we need to populate legal documentation and our clients love it too.
Many software programs can be complex and difficult to navigate, especially for users who are not familiar with them. This can lead to frustration and a decrease in productivity.
I can only provide high praise for the solution - which is simple, robust and elegant - and for support and client success representatives that we work with.
The creation/implementation process was frustrating at times.
It is really useful and easy to use which is great for me as I often need to be in and out of the DR.
Problems incurred when offline, pricing is high.
Breadth of features are good. Interesting possibilities for expansion of features into new item.
Understanding is difficult. It can be hard to figure out.
Eric H.: Hi, I'm Eric, the general manager of group finance. I give Digify four stars. For more reviews like this, please click below. Before Digify, we were using Google Drive, Dropbox, things like that. But being a startup, we really didn't have anything that was a virtual data room to the same level of security as Digify. We were really looking for a solution that would give us security, the ability to prevent downloads, to really protect even from screenshots printing, things like that, and that's why we went with that system. But it was really the first time using a system like that for our organization, at least. The biggest one would have been simplicity. The system itself, the platform itself, is really quite user-friendly, intuitive, not overly complex, even as far as the security settings are concerned. So it was something that we could really pick up out of the box and start using. Extremely easy. Every user that needed access was given permissions and a user ID. And then, from there, they could create their own virtual data rooms, their own security settings depending on the requirements. And, as the administrator, I could look at those different data rooms and ensure that their settings comply with our organizational requirements and that no one was doing anything that wasn't going to be protecting our valuable data and IP. The recommendations I would have is probably think about how many users you would want to be accessing the system, especially because it does charge you a fair bit per extra user. So you may want to look at having some sort of compliance officer or one or two people in charge of multiple data rooms. It's not something you want to give everyone a username and password, or else the cost would really start to escalate. Other than that, it is a very intuitive system. I find it quite easy to use and quite helpful for what we're doing.
