Outreach can be used by every member of your sales and revenue teams, from account executives and sales managers to sales leaders and RevOps.
Our B2B data quantity and quality offer sales, marketing, recruiting, and financial professionals an edge to access the information they can’t get elsewhere.
Outreach is very simple to use and has everything you need and nothing more. I'm interested to see how the platform transforms into a more robust solution in the future.
Annoying to setup, difficult to train team to use extremely well, but the very WORSE part about it is how horrible their customer support and their Billing department is.
So far the functionalities are awesome, and it integrates well with all the other tools we use for customer success. It helps a lot with automating touch processes to improve engagement with clients.
I have found though, that most of the time it is user error, but sometimes errors are not clear.
Simple integration with Salesforce and seamless sync of data, good calls platform, meeting scheduling, nice sequencing tool, Salesforce Opportunity overview in Outreach itself, email templates.
I don't know if its Gmail's API or on Outreach's side, but it needed a work around and was very frustrating.
Outreach team has been very helpful. They have excellent customer service and plenty of tutorials.
It's a tool that I'll look for in my next company or at least recommend. If you have a large SDR and Inside Sales force, it's just silly not to invest in this technology.
This was software is greatly appreciated because it helps me complete my tasks very quickly keeping my clients happy.
Questionable business practices, lost thousands of leads.
Easy to search for the contacts and capture the leads. Email automation works best and AB testing feature helps to push the perfect email to your target audience.
You have to watch your sequences and how many emails are going out daily. They add up quickly and it damaged our domain reputation which took months to get back to normal.
Ease of use, the automation is incredible and has really transform my ability to outreach whilst I am doing other things. Also support is great, and fast.
Their Custer service is slow to respond, and often argumentative. It also severely limits users in texting and call functionality.
My experience is good with this tool as I daily reached out to new contact so with the help of this tool I can easily reach them.
Poor, and we will not be renewing. They were either dishonest or unintentionally left out important information and were not clear in their findings on the test sample I sent them.
Jamie G.: Hi, my name is Jamie. I'm a senior account manager. I would give Outreach four stars. And for more reviews like this, click below. So prior to using Outreach, we weren't using anything at all for email automation. We were just scheduling emails through Salesforce, but we didn't have a dedicated tool. When I introduced Outreach to the business, I'd previously been a power user at another company, so I knew them really well. I was familiar with the analytics and reporting that they offered, so I introduced them to my current business because I thought they'd offer a lot of value. The onboarding process was okay, but the support from Outreach, we didn't buy the support package, so we had to set it all up ourselves, which wasn't difficult. It's not a difficult product to kind of configure. But to get maximum value from it, I would recommend going with a supporting package in future. Yeah, so I think the key thing with Outreach is to make sure that you are really going to be making the most out of it and that the business is ready for it. It's a very powerful tool with fantastic analytics. It's almost a CRM in its own right. So it's really important that if you are thinking about using Outreach, the business is the right size, that you have a great business development team that you want to optimize and make more efficient. And if you've got that use case and you are ready for Outreach, then it's the perfect tool for you.
Steve: My name is Steve, I'm the owner of Ellis Taylor Marketing, and I gave Apollo four stars. Really I mainly used Sales Navigator. I tried everything from Snov.io, FindThatLead. I think Scrap was one of them, like LinkedIn scrapers essentially, and stuff like that. But Sales Navigator was the primary one that I used, and that was bringing in the best leads that I could find. They also had some of the best search tools in terms of prospecting and filters for finding new leads and stuff like that. Really, the two big things that drew me to Apollo were the much more detailed targeting, or I guess it's filtering, for the lead, the prospecting. Then also, the campaigns, the sequences that you could build, and how you could AB test different sequences, the metrics that they gave you on those sequences. But really, to date, the thing that's been the best has been the prospecting tools and just how much you can filter searches out and the different options that they provide for those searches. It was pretty easy to set up and get started with, but there was definitely a big learning curve when it came to learning the platform. I wouldn't say it was really that intuitive because there's such a big platform, it's, I think, hard to make this kind of platform intuitive. It's taken months really to get used to the platform and get used to all the features that it has and really understand it. And honestly, I'm still learning it, and I've been using it for over a year now I believe. So, that's been the biggest thing, is just learning the platform itself. But in terms of getting it up and running, I'd say it was relatively easy. I would definitely say check it out. I think, for me, Apollo has been very useful in prospecting. I haven't had a tool, at least for the price that comes anywhere near it. Everything else seems to be a lot more expensive from my experience at least. When it comes to the other tools they offer, like the actual sending of the emails, the campaigns and stuff like that, I've noticed that for whatever reason, the open rates have just dropped significantly. And since I switched to a different platform for sending my emails, the exact same list and everything else, my open rates shop back up. So, I think there's still a lot of bugs to work out within Apollo. I think that's something to consider if somebody's considering Apollo. But in terms of a prospecting tool, I haven't been able to find anything that beats it, and I've been looking a lot for something to beat it, and I haven't been able to find anything beat to beat it. So, I think for the price, in terms of the prospecting, you can't beat Apollo. But when it comes to the other features, maybe look little more closely into it I would say.
