3CX is an open standards IP PBX that offers complete Unified Communications, out of the box. Suitable for any business size or industry that wants to cut on telco costs.
We serve companies and teams of all sizes who want to unify their phone conversation in one tool.
Easy setup, easy to understand and the sound quality is wonderful. They have amazing options for reporting and the mobile app has made being tied to your desk a thing of the past.
Did battle a little with the initial setting up and getting it to work with the main phone. Does not work with all phone models had to buy a specific phone for it to work.
This application works incredibly well regardless of how you use it. It's incredibly consistent and reliable; an outstanding product for fast-paced workplaces.
The service is bad, especially when they commissioned it to my organization.
It has a Fantastic reporting tool and It was very easy to setup the soft phone for my office. It is very user friendly and easy to use.
We had problems with calls dropping/glitching. This is more so an internet issue, we had our internet company out multiple times because of the internet not being up to par for the phone system.
I love all the features of 3CX. I love how easy you can set it up, you can find the calls logs and recordings, plus it has a very comprehensive dashboard.
Sometimes it can crash and has the occasional bug which leads to frustrations in the call centre.
Fantastic customer support. Very flexible product and a great overall experience.
When I signed up it charged per team and phone line. I still get just one line, one voicemeail.
This is already a great product—and the developers seem to be all over making it better.
When a call comes in it takes a while to notify people and multiple people can answer at the same time without realizing it and it sounds really stupid to the caller.
It worked pretty flawlessly, with excellent sound quality.
It does have it's problems every now and then which might be due to how Slack does things but it does get frustrating if you staff cannot take phone calls.
It had a phone number that I really wanted and was excited was offered through a solution I needed.
No integration with gsuite or CRM software is a deal breaker. Customer service takes hours to respond to a "chat.
Kelsey B.: My name's Kelsey, and I'm an IT specialist for a volunteer fire department in rural south Louisiana. I give 3CX a five star rating. We've tried other providers such as Vonage, RingCentral, and all those were primarily not cost-effective for us because they were on a per user basis and all the extra bells and whistles were a whole lot more money. Since we're basically operate off of fundraising and grants, it was well out of our budget. So, 3CX enabled us to basically provide phone service for everybody in our office at a very, very low cost compared to the competitors. Again, we chose 3CX because it was flexible, easy to implement, and the cost was very, very low compared to the others. I mean, when we were paying for a small business license as opposed to paying $300 a month for everyone having phone access at their desk, it's a very, very big cost difference. And when you're relying on fundraising to pay the bills, it's always good to try and find a good option at a really good price. Implementing 3CX was very easy because we use CallCentric, and that again, is also a very affordable option. So, combining the two and getting it all set up for all of our people, it required minimal effort. I mean, it was really, support was great when we had to call in. But the online tutorials were also great, so it was an ease to implement 3CX in our workplace. For anybody out there considering options for phone service in their small business, I would highly recommend 3CX to anyone to try out, because again, with the feature rich aspect of it, as far as the cost and the ease of implementation, you won't be disappointed. I think you highly appreciate the value for the product you receive.
