Voice over IP software developers and enterprise communications systems.
Call centers, finance, healthcare, service providers, and developers.
I love that this is an open-source application, so it is auditable and secure. I love the amount of features it has, so all my needs are covered.
We use it on several machines and the few problems that have arisen are because depending on the operating system the available version changed.
It is a great software that allows a sales and customer service team to carry out the daily work. Beyond being easy to use, it allows you to record the work of employees.
Some audio device problem in multi device context.
Users has simplicity by default and can start working in a few seconds. Nice call history, fast buttons to answer and can be hide in the desktop bar.
There are no bells and whistles. It's about as old school as it gets.
We can use a lot of codecs like speex, alaw, ulaw and more. This software do the work with stability and a good debug log for troubleshoot problems.
On Desktop PCs the keypad is hide by default and can't be modified.
Nice interface, comparable to the competition, and is easy to setup and configure. Audio and Video qualities over the call have been taken care of pretty good.
If you can somehow figure it out on your own, fine, but there's almost no information online about the problems you are likely to encounter and no phone support whatsoever if something goes wrong.
Bria is one of the best VOIP tools I've ever used, with great audio quality and stable connections. Allows you to easily record calls and call transfers.
SOmetimes connection gets bad and all of a sudden line gets disconnected I have to call the customer back.
Simply Great HVAC Service in Clermont, Florida. The reason we like it so much is because of it's ease of use and the ability to warm transfer our callers.
This causes me constantly to hit the wrong keys. I would never design this to move or at least have a lock function.
The Bria software is a functional and reliable SIP solution with robust features. I appreciate the per station licensing, it works well in my environment where we have a bit of fluidity in seating.
Unfortunately, we seemed to have some issues with pairing with some computers. We also experienced drop calls.
David W.: I'm David, I'm the pastor of a local church, and I give Bria a four out of five stars. When we found the need for voiceover IP on cell phones, we started looking in the app store and there were all kinds of options out there, none of them really worked. We bought a couple of them and we tried a couple of free trials and none of them really just would integrate with our system the way Bria did. The reason we chose Bria for our voiceover IP mobile software is that Bria seamlessly integrated with our network. Anytime that I'm within the reach of our local network at the church I've got another phone extension on my hip. So if I'm not in my office, I'm easily reachable, I can easily make phone calls and I never have any problems with Bria as long as it's inside the realm of that local network. The onboarding and integration process, once we found Bria was pretty easy. We just had to go in and make sure it was connected to the right wifi network it would access the local network on our campus, and then find the right server settings had a tinker with those a little, had to go into Bria's tech support and they did a great job of telling me what I needed to tweak. And once we got it there, I've never had any problems using my cell phone as another voiceover IP extension. My advice to anyone considering Bria is go ahead and pay for that software, it's not expensive and it is worth its weight in gold. You can try the other voiceover IP apps, you may find one that works for you. I did not, and I've tried a bunch of them. But Bria was worth his weight in gold once I paid the money and started using it, I've never had any problems.
