The product is the most impressive and useful tools I have ever used. It helps connect sales and marketing into one revenue team like never before.
The UI is a bit clunky and SLOW. Sales often complain about the lag in refreshing the data and viewing segments in the platform so many reps do not sign in for that reason.
We've started using Sales Intelligence for contact acquisition and insights which has been an amazing resource for the team and helps them move faster and smarter.
Set up can be slow, in order to get things launched properly. It can be a struggle if you are looking for an immediate ROI.
Aside from being SO easy to use, our team has worked with 2 customer success managers who have been AWESOME. Very communicative and ready to tackle any project with creativity and expertise.
Their Salesforce user model is poor. If you have a large sales team you're going to need a lot of licenses if you want everyone to be able to see the data in the Salesforce iframe.
Amazing company with top notch support to go with it. The CSM feels like an extension of the internal team.
6sense can have some lags causing long loading times.
DemandBase has been great across the board. Our support team is great and provided us with tips on how to best leverage the tool.
The reporting platform was awful. Any type of data manipulation that I wanted to perform had to be done outside of the platform with a csv export.
So far, my experience has been good. They have a really solid CSM team and have been very responsive.
Poor documentation, weak implementation consultants, shoddy integrations with Salesforce and Pardot, hardly any reporting functionality to make the information easy to access and understand.
As a Salesforce administrator, I especially love the SFDC integration of Demandbase for starters. But I love the UI of the tool itself, that you can add custom tags & fields & dashboard/report views.
That we can only operate it in incognito mode which is frustrating. Also it can sometimes be glitchy but not enough to be annoying.
Overall pretty happy with it as it does provide great insights.
It's a bit tedious to setup from the admin perspective if you don't have a very big ops team to do it together with. But aside from that, it's hard to find a complaint otherwise.

With 6sense we were looking to reach our target audience. We had a set list of accounts that we wanted to advertise to and get insights on and track, and 6sense did a great job of being able to match those audiences and give us the data on when they were hitting our website, what topics they were talking about, and tell us who were the most engaged contacts within the account. I love 6sense's ability to work with our sales teams. Their sales enablement abilities or top notch, they allow you to see easily which contacts and account are surging, which accounts are most engaged with your website and [inaudible 00:00:44] topics you care about. And able to really give that data in a great way so that we're able to empower our sales teams to reach out to only the top accounts so they can spend their time prospecting in the best way possible. The thing I liked least about 6sense was their predictive model is very set in stone and you don't have a lot of insights into what's happening, so you kind of have to take it as it is. It doesn't allow you to do any customizations really or anything based on what inputs you put into the data. So if you have a very custom sales cycle it is not the best tool for those types of things. But if your sales cycles follow a traditional sales path of awareness, consideration, and purchase, that all kind of flows within the correct way for using 6sense.
