TalentNest vs PeopleForce: Which is a better fit?

We are big fans and have had great success with the tool. We are happy to say great things and would welcome a discussion with your prospective clients.

I find the tags to be confusing and unorganized.

Everything is all in one place, nice easy process, helps keep a nice log of all the hiring activity in talent nest.

This action makes it difficult for the new leads to be distributed, as every file must be accessed to see if it has just been updated or if there is new applicant.

Very easy to track progress of candidates. If you're a visual learner there is a good tracking measure at the top of the screen to see where a candidate currently stands.

It is a bit tricky to use on your mobile device, the buttons are small and it requires a lot of scrolling when I'm on the go.

Excellent customer service, our association members are obtaining excellent applicants for positions. Easy for our members to use and removes admin from internal.

What I least liked about Talentnest is that, I am unable to mass move candidates or do anything mass related. I would have to click on each candidate to perform the transaction.

We like it because we can use both in recruitment and HR. Help dest is very responsive and we like PeopleForce because they release new features every month.

I had the same problem and it took an average of 2 weeks to get used to it, but during these 2 weeks the interface confused me.

PeopleForce is really great solution for companies that care for their employee, companies culture and still stay focused on their plans and goals.

Unfortunately, sometimes you have to wait a long time for the software to fix some bugs or inconveniences. For example, the inability to hide laid-off workers from potential project participants.

Ease of use, very pleasant interface, localization to multiple languages, super user-friendly.

There is no way to calculate wages. There is no possibility to track the working time to perform tasks.

Friendly and intuitive interface, easy to setup, easy to use, great support, good price. The team easily transitioned to using the product.

I would only advise you to pay more attention to block development.
