If you're an agency not using this software then you have probably developed your own platform or you're missing out.
It took me about 30 minutes to get a handle on the software and then I was off to the races. I use it on all my client calls and reporting is at a nice, polished level my clients love.
I can be expensive, and they need to have another pricing tier between the 15 and 50 plans because I'm stuck on 15 and don't have near 50 which is the next option.
The reporting capabilities are second-to-none, allowing me to pull meaningful insights from the data quickly and easily. Support is highly responsive and incredibly helpful when needed.
The cover page of the reports is super ugly, like unbelievably ugly and they offer no options to customize this.

I found the service accidentally, but didn't expect it will cover that many integrations with analytical services.
The daily rank tracking was super important and they do a very good job at it. The ability to go back 30 days, 90 days, or all time gives you some very good options for comparing rankings.
We also ran into some strange issues with keywords not being tracked correctly or needing to refresh URLs often because tracking would break when you would switch to a different time frame.
The interface and UI are fantastic and very easy to read. Pretty much the only reason they have been our rank tracking solution is how user-friendly and easy to understand the dashboard is.
Can be limited with languages other than English at times but for the most part, I have not had any issues using this software.
We liked the data we get through Authority Labs and especially the data through the API, that was probably the most benefit to us.
Keyword Rank Checker helps me check my rankings for multiple keywords, and that has been a good experience for me.
