Small, medium and large businesses. ON24 is the only webinar platform built with marketers in mind.

They have been very pleased with the results of their webinars and appreciate the result reports that I pull from the system.
Well, the customer service levels can be confusing and seem disjointed (call center vs chat vs account manager) and sometimes not everyone is on the same page.
Excellent company to work with. They make webinars fun and interesting for their customers.
Sometimes the quality can be lacking in the video, this could be a problem on our end. I would also say that the delay between the speaker and the audience can be a little frustrating at times.
Overall, the experience has been very good. The support is excellent, the product is easy to use and has a lot of fantastic features, that have been lacking in other pies of software.
We struggle trying to edit a past webinar, i.e., shorten it, delete slides, etc. Sometimes we want to cut half of a slide out, and struggle with this editing part.
Our team loves the Simulive feature - it is so great not being limited to strictly a live only recording. Being able to re-record as needed is great.
Sometimes if I need to navigate away from the webinar and just have it running in the background as I am listening, it times out. That is more of an end user complaint though.
I love the easy to understand UI, and the ease of its learning curve. Scheduling is a breeze, I also really like that you can see each brands health at glance, directly in your dashboard.
Customer support was awful. They were slow to respond, and once they did, the answer was usually "Sorry, that is not available" or "that is not something that can be done.
IT has been awesome to see the fucntionality and the easy of use of this an other products from the same company.
No general overview about all channels. Bad handling for videos and images (especially instagram).
The social media platforms have been great, and I love the analytics that are shown for them.
What I disliked the most about the software is that it would shorten website links within the caption.
I had a great experience using ZOHO social. I used many other tools but it is the best in terms of ease of use and functionalities.
There are some limitations regarding posting to instagram and managing instagram accounts, though almost all social media managers struggle here.
Lauren N.: My name is Lauren. I'm an events marketing manager. I would rate ON24 as a four, and for more reviews, click below. Previously, we had used GoTo Webinar in Zoom, and they just did not have enough features for us to really get the full customization out of our webinars and get our full stretch of engagement. We chose ON24 because of how much you could customize the platform, customize the emails that go out to our registrants and attendees, and really give a full scope of the action items that they can do while they're in the webinar, how much they can talk with our speakers, and how much that we feel like we can really share with our customer base. I will say getting started was slightly tricky learning everything on the platform, because it was not as user-friendly as it is now. The actual presenter side of the platform has changed a huge amount just in the last couple years with the release of their new elite studio. But once now you get going with all of that, it is all pretty straightforward and they have a great support chat system and support email system as well. I recommend, and I think they'll actually probably make you do this, set up with ON24 representative to walk you through the platform, give you a full demo, full scope, let them ask you what your initiatives are and what you're looking for in this platform so that way they can make sure they can fulfill that for you. But with all their new features and technology coming out, I have a feeling that it could work for nearly everybody, and then just make sure that it looks and feels how you want it to. But otherwise, I think that it's a good move.
Nicole W.: My name is Nicole. I am a financial analyst for a multinational company. I believe we're up to about 7,000 employees, and my rating for Zoho Social would be a four. Before Zoho Social, I personally had Hootsuite, and for what I needed Hootsuite for, it worked, but it was a bit more complicated for me personally. A lot of things I didn't understand. There was a learning curve. I found myself constantly Googling how to work with it. Zoho Social, it was easier to interact. The interface was easier. I understood what to do almost intuitively. I didn't have to Google how do I do this, or how do I set reminders, none of that. It just came easily and I understood what I was supposed to do just by looking at the software. So I went with them because ease of use, price, and it's on every platform that I use it for now. It was extremely easy to get started. I think as soon as I signed up for the trial, I was up and running within a matter of minutes. It was extremely easy to start and use. What I would suggest is, A, you're going to have to do your research and make sure that Zoho has everything that you need. The only reason why I say that is there's certain capabilities if you run an individual Facebook page, like a personal account, it might not work with that. But besides that, I would just go for it. They give you I want to say a 30 day trial. It's a great trial. It lets you test out all of the features and schedule posts. So I would just do my research, and then as long as it covers all your needs, I would definitely go with Zoho Social.
