It gives our employees different options for what view works best for them for the tasks they're doing, the interface is beautiful, the customer service is great -- very responsive.
Everything is too much grey in grey, they have pain to read (and they hate the dark mode! It's depressing!) the font is too small.
We´re loving the free version and are seriously considering to upgrade. We are a relatively small team, but we´re growing and Clickup so far is looking great for our organization.
Replying via email sometimes not working so i need to use discord for communication.
ClickUp is a great tool for small and mid-sized marketing teams to keep all their projects organized. The best and most important feature we use is custom properties.
Sometime it is pushing unnecessary reminders which are so irritating.
I think the ease of use, i like the simplicity of having it served as a SaaS so i can login whenever i want and get collaboration done. There is also a function to make it work in Msft Teams - great.
When adding new tickets/cards to my boards, I often experienced delays. A couple of times some of the cards I've just added were lost.
MindNode makes mind mapping fun and easy, allowing me to quickly and easily create visually appealing diagrams that help me to organize my thoughts and ideas.
I'm not currently working but have become terribly reliant on the software at this point as mentioned in the pros above. Other than that, I can't think of anything.
For those of us who are creative but like to/need to have our creativity focused on a topic, it’s very helpful. You can add and delete with ease, change colors, etc. I strongly recommend this.
The iCloud sync sometimes leaves me high and dry when in flight mode. I thought that the file was downloaded but then realize it's still up in the cloud, when I'm up in the air and no way to sync.
Good interface, nice colours and themes, and a simple UX make for a pleasant experience.
After finishing a mind map, printing in a readable format is difficult. Especially if it is a larger mind map.
Mindnode is easy to use and syncs flawlessly across devices. It is beautiful to look at an easy to navigate.
Perhaps allowing me some customizations but those are very specific to what I do so it should be no concern to most.
Cassandra: My name is Cassandra. I am a market content specialist at Bloom Growth, and our company is around 75 people big, and I would give ClickUp a five out of five. I've used a lot of different project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday, JIRA, and all of them pale in comparison. ClickUp really is superior and it's my project management tool of choice. The reasons that I choose ClickUp are kind of far and in between. I was one of the first adopters of ClickUp years ago and used it as a free user for a very long time and got so much value out of it. And as I changed jobs, I changed project management tools and nothing was as good as ClickUp. I would always tell my managers, "Hey, I know we're using this project management tool, but couldn't we maybe try ClickUp? You can try it for free, and then you'll fall in love and understand that you don't want to use the other tools." And the company that I'm with now, they did that and we're seeing great results because of it. The reason that I personally choose ClickUp not only for work, I use it in my personal life too. You can label things, you can categorize things. There's just so many different options to customize your project management. Gantt charts, lists, boards, different views, different colors. Just if you're a visual person and want to see your boards and lists and things to do in a different way, in a way that resonates with you, maybe your project is pink and all you're looking for is pink. You can do that with ClickUp and I really appreciate that. And the new tools, like the ClickUp Brain. Game changer, it helps my work so much, saves me time. And yeah, I think that's it. When I first started using ClickUp, it was essential that we managed all of our projects and I found it very simple to manage them through ClickUp. It was intuitive and easy to use. It was easy to customize things to what I needed to do. At the time, I was using spreadsheets to use data entry points, and all I would have to do is update the CSV and upload that to ClickUp. And all of my tasks magically got there and it just made my workflow so much easier. And as a manager at the time, it was really easy to teach to my incoming employees and just show them how simple it was to use. So from day one, it was just, "We use ClickUp, this is how you use it."There were hardly ever any questions. And if there were the support was there. I would hop into the chat and somebody would be with me really quickly, which kind of blew my mind because you don't usually get that. But ClickUp has been at the top of the game, in my opinion, since the beginning and since I started using it. If you're considering using ClickUp for your company, I'd say go ahead and do it. Don't wait. You'll be happy that you did. There are so many project management tools out there that will promise you productivity because of their project management platform. I've used a lot of them, and ClickUp is the one I always come back to. It's like it's home.
Francois L.: I am Francois. I'm the president of Aliter Concept. We're a small company dealing with human resources needs, conferences, workshops, and trainings, and my rating for MindNode is five. I've been using MindNode for almost a decade now. I can't remember the other names I've tried. But you name it, you've got it. Any kind of software that deals with mind maps, I've tried it. I've tried several before choosing MindNode, and I just can't remember the names. But they were numerous. I used to do mind maps manually, and I always felt constricted by the size of the sheet. With MindNode, there is no size. It's forever. It's infinite. That's one reason. The other reason is I'm not that good drawing stuff, and with MindNode, we can write stuff but organize it in such a way that it's literally a mind map the way that these professional mind mappers do it with drawings. But I don't like drawings. We can use drawings with MindNode. I don't. So I like it. I can move things around. I can start with something very, very simple, and it explodes with something really complex. We use it for projects. We use it for planning. We use it for course design. It's awesome. It's awesome. One of the things about mind map is it's supposed to be easy. And one of the things that I hated with most software is it was not that easy. With MindNode, it's a cinch. You basically write thing, you click enter or tab, and it does it. You can reorganize it very, very easily. In fact, it's so easy that I talk about my MindNode to all my clients. I even show them how I design my stuff using MindNode. And I tell them, "Try it. It is so easy. No explanation necessary. You just open it, type, enter. That's it. It does it by itself. It's really super." Whenever somebody tells me that mind map seems daunting, I tell them, "Use MindNode." Whenever somebody tells me Excel spreadsheets are too complicated and they're not so intuitive, I tell them, "Use MindNode. Whenever somebody tells me they have to design a new PowerPoint presentation and they feel limited by the PowerPoint templates, I tell them, "Use MindNode." Whenever. So, use MindNode. As soon as you need to think, you open a MindNode document. You start writing stuff. It just pops out of your mind. So, it's a very, very, very strong recommendation. Use MindNode. It's easy to use. It's awesome. It's so useful, and anybody can use it, and you can share your documents. This is really an extraordinary product.
