Reporting very poor, there are a total of 26 usable reports, of which only 6 pertain to revenue management and there's no pace report, which is a basic revenue report.
It's overall a really good software platform, and their amazing customer service and constant improvements makes it a really good value. I highly recommend them.
A few missing features in my opinion, such as a mobile app with cc processing for checking/out.
Most importantly, Whistle’s support has been amazing. They’re quick, responsive and friendly.
It's really annoying that I can't send our guidebook with the short identifiable name, Whistle rebrands that link and customers are afraid to click thinking its spam.

Dan: Hi, my name is Dan and I'm a general manager at a small private hotel. I would give Whistle a five out of five stars. And for more reviews like this click below. Before using Whistle, we were using another chat program called Kipsu. And while it definitely had some good features, the biggest problem we have with it was at the time it did not integrate with our property management software, which meant we had to manually set up guests every time they checked in, ask for their cell phone number. And that just got to be very troublesome and bothersome. Whereas Whistle definitely allowed us to fully integrate with our PMS program and made that whole process way simpler. So beyond the integration piece, the automated integration, Whistle also has this really cool AI feature that looks at the type of message that the guest is sending and can kind of figure out what type of response might be necessary. So in some ways it'll auto generate a response. If somebody is like, "Hey, I need some more towels." Sometimes the message system can actually say, "Hey, great. We're on that. We'll get those to you right away." The other feature that was really cool was just the price point, using Whistle was actually more cost-effective for us than using Kipsu. So those are the two additional features that were fantastic for us when switching to Whistle. Getting started with Whistle was really, really simple. As soon as we made the connection with the Whistle team, we reached out to our property management software and got the integration completed there. The Whistle people and our property management team, they got things fully integrated and we were up and running very, very quickly. Some recommendations that I would have if you're considering Whistle are just how easy the program is to use. It has a wonderful interface that can be run right from the front desk. Getting our staff trained on the program was a total piece of cake. The staff love the fact that they could reach out and communicate with guests immediately and respond to their needs very quickly. The guests appreciated the ability to communicate with us at the front desk very, very quickly. And especially during COVID has been wonderful in terms of like the no contact situation. Beyond that, the Whistle program will send follow-up messages after the guests stay and you could even include TripAdvisor links, which allows the guests very quickly to click, review your property. That's been a really cool side benefit of using Whistle for our property.
