Reporting very poor, there are a total of 26 usable reports, of which only 6 pertain to revenue management and there's no pace report, which is a basic revenue report.
It's overall a really good software platform, and their amazing customer service and constant improvements makes it a really good value. I highly recommend them.
A few missing features in my opinion, such as a mobile app with cc processing for checking/out.
In addition, their knowledge of about 30 years and the solutions offered to all the needs of the industry impressed all our departments and we preferred them.
There are some problems about integration with other programs. It's not totaly their fault but there is some.
The biggest reason we prefer Elektraweb is that it is useful and practical. Being able to connect anywhere with internet is a big advantage.
It was difficult for users to get used to a system running on the cloud. Innovation is sometimes difficult.
First of all as a new hotel investment elektra web saved us from expensive servers and doing i good job to manage all the department of the hotel.
