Their robust online help center with tutorials, live training and outstanding live customer support keeps our faculty moving and results in little-to-no technical support tickets.

Navigation and and search can be rather confusing.

He is smart and responsive to our institution's needs, and he has taken the time to work with our faculty to troubleshoot and resolve any concerns they have.

Video and audio are often jumpy and tend to skip in and out throughout the online class experience, which makes it difficult to facilitate discussion.

I think the ease of use and the ability to ingest multiple different formats makes this product excellent.

Something I would consider adding are open video conference rooms so instructors don't have to create new rooms for virtual sessions.

Ensuring each institution had their own environment was critical but YuJa was responsive to meet our unique needs. After a relatively smooth installation, YuJa continues to be responsive.

In the rare occasion that a video fails to upload, we often feel like the only option is to contact YuJa directly.

We have most of the features that are an musthave for online learnings. It has the best price-performance ratio and is Open Source so you can customize it like you want.

The recording started to fail and some times the conferences got wrong. We needed to imprive the insfrastructur and even that we still having some issues randomly.

BigBlueButton has always been a reliable platform for me as a teacher and a student. I love the user friendly details, crisp clear connection, and the organization of the content for the platform.

It is horrible and barely lets me enter the meeting and so does it with my other classmates.

Turning on mics and videos can be a hassle, you often have to leave the call if you didn't turn them on the first time. Accessing recordings can be a pain.

I love the functionality of the program and being able to have multiple instructors at once. I appreciate the share screen option and also being able to use webcams and microphones interchangeably.

You can not host more than 100 participants. If 100 participants or lower, keep typing on chat continuously the meeting will lagging so much.
