I love the ease of use with the entire system, it is very user friendly and any time i have needed help Customer Service has been top notch every single time.
Also, the Daxko Ops interface with our web site is downright awful for users trying to log in or conduct searches - although they are working on that.
Overall this software does a great job with our Operations, Billing, and Fundraising. What I really love is how it imports directly into our Daxko Accounting software.
Their contracts are very rigid for the non-profit sector and they do not integrate well with other services. We have been told their back-end API is a mess.
Love that Daxko is always willing to improve to meet our needs. The community site is very helpful.

Daxko Operations is very easy to use. The help feature is great when you do not know how to do things.
It took a long time to figure out where each report was hidden and still have trouble locating certain things on the web page.
Allows Members to be responsible for their own information and have more active involvement in the Chapter which in turn allows me (Membership Officer) to have more free time to 'ride & have fun.
Given the above limitation, lack of an event option to restrict event ticket sales to 1 ticket per member. Cant use the event attendance reports where members purchase more than one ticket.
It is an affordable platform with great scope as a website builder capable of managing our events and member engagement. The back end is easy to navigate and use.

Communicating with our members is very easy and the app (particularly the new engagement features) is brilliant.
Inability to register multiple family members for an event or annual membership without having to log off and on for each member. We require a separate permission form for each member for each event.
Overall experience is very good, it has reduced the man hours involved in member adminstration, and event organisation significantly. I find the customer support very responsive.
