Qualia vs Dealpath: Which is a better fit?

Having the ability to be able to communicate with all parties and know where in the process a contract is, in REAL TIME, is fabulous.

If there are features missing, I don't use them enough to even remember what they are.

Its very modern and easy to navigate. Then the best this is that their customer support is above par, they are always ready to help and assist if there is something you cant figure out.

The training viedos are a little out dated. Watching them and trying to follow along some of the screens don't look exactly the same and are vague in some situations.

Quality is very easy to use once you get the hang of it. It's amazing for storing documents, communicating with all parties on a file, and overall keeping transactions running smoothly.

The final balancing and input of the CD/HUD is a little confusing.

The customer service has always been outstanding. I am very happy about the overall turnaround time in resolving issues.

The fields sometimes don't show up on the final settlement statement, causing the math to look wrong and buyers and sellers to question the numbers.

The software has great functionality and is very easy to use. I love how searchable it is.

Lack of customization in reporting exports, though I understand why this is not a feature.

Reporting feature is extremely handy. Customer service is really great, very responsive and always willing to listen to feedback and see how it can be applied to the system to make it better.

Difficult to delete multiple files from a single task all at once.

Data integrations with ESRI are pretty awesome. Administration is easy and fairly straight forward.

It's helpful that the assignments section organizes my due assignments but can be annoying to have to open a second tab in order to look up other details about the deal.

It's a must-have tool that has not only saved us time and money but has also enhanced our overall productivity and success in the competitive world of real estate investment.

It is very manual and not automated in a flexible way.
