Egnyte vs SynaMan : Which is a better fit?

My clients have encountered a few problems on the uploading end that have required uploading an item more than once.

Overall it is a great software with a very helpful customer service, also their training videos are awesome and very helpful.

It is also difficult to reorganize large numbers of files.

AND Protect as an optional add on that give AMAZING levels of data security. And on top of all that the support team is super helpful and fast to respond.

The mobile app sometimes experienced glitches and sync issues. And the desktop app doesn’t have a good offline mode in case of lost connectivity.

So far, very satisfied with it. Great for remote/distributed teams, good value for the money vs the mainstays like Dropbox and Box.

It can get a little getting used to at first. You no longer will store files on your desktop or folders but rather within a folder in Egnyte.

Great - the customer service techs are VERY responsive. Shout out to the representative for always helping us out.

SynaMan is easy to use out of the box. Very straight forward configuration settings and ease of use for end users make this a winning platform for file sharing.

There is also no facility to add several users at once, which we have on occasion needed to do, and so it is a slow process.

It served us well for many years even to this day and is very stable and great value for the cost of it.

There are sometimes lag or bugs when users are searching through directories that are multiple folders deep (5+).

Good resource information and explanations on what certain features do.

Live view does not allow you to block or release messages, and sometimes messages are hard to find.
