Kelly H
Owner
5.0

Kelly H.: My name is Kelly and I am the founder of my company, and I give Loomly five out of five. And for more reviews like this, please click the link below. Before my company and my clients used Loomly, we were using Hootsuite. We were using the paid version. Although, Hootsuite did what it was supposed to do, we were looking for more of a better user-friendly model for our clients, something very easy where they could easily see the post, they can easily approve the post. And so that's why we decided to go with Loomly, because only from the contributor and the editor standpoint, from the client standpoint, it's very easy for them to just go through the post and say, "Yes, I like this," and if they don't like it, they can leave a comment and we can make the changes. So that's, again, why we decided to go with something more user-friendly and a little bit more just pleasing on the eyes and easier for our clients to use. So there are several reasons why we chose to go with Loomly for my company. One of the big reasons was because, for my team, it is very easy to publish our content in there and to create our content in there and you have a really beautiful snapshot of what it would look like on all the social media channels that you're publishing to. Another reason we chose it is for the client interface. Our clients, it takes a quick onboarding session to teach them how to use the program and they're pretty much often running. And then also for price, I think it is very, very affordable for small businesses. My company, myself, is a small business, although we are growing, it is a small business, and I do like the features and the price and the customer support from Loomly has been just nothing but amazing. Getting started with Loomly was very easy. I, myself, in previous positions have used several different social media schedulers and Loomly was by far one of the easiest. When I brought different team members on who are now part of the company, having them learn the program was even easier. And then when we bring the clients on, I've had not one client complain about it. They love the interface and it's such an easy program to use and the onboarding process is very, very, very simple. So if you're on the fence and you're looking at different social media publishing programs, Loomly, again, I have tried several for my company and for other companies that I've been a part of, and Loomly to me has been by far one of the easiest programs to integrate into our company and to our business. Again, the clients love, and it's very simple. It's very easy to use. The calendars are very well mapped out. And then when you put the post in, you can see the post, you can see what it looks like. And so, if you really want something that is easy to use, and especially if you have a team that is helping with your social media efforts, I would really suggest Loomly because to me, again, it's very easy, it's very simple, and again, for the price and for what you get out of Loomly, I would highly recommend it.

Nicole W
Financial Analyst
4.0

Nicole W.: My name is Nicole. I am a financial analyst for a multinational company. I believe we're up to about 7,000 employees, and my rating for Zoho Social would be a four. Before Zoho Social, I personally had Hootsuite, and for what I needed Hootsuite for, it worked, but it was a bit more complicated for me personally. A lot of things I didn't understand. There was a learning curve. I found myself constantly Googling how to work with it. Zoho Social, it was easier to interact. The interface was easier. I understood what to do almost intuitively. I didn't have to Google how do I do this, or how do I set reminders, none of that. It just came easily and I understood what I was supposed to do just by looking at the software. So I went with them because ease of use, price, and it's on every platform that I use it for now. It was extremely easy to get started. I think as soon as I signed up for the trial, I was up and running within a matter of minutes. It was extremely easy to start and use. What I would suggest is, A, you're going to have to do your research and make sure that Zoho has everything that you need. The only reason why I say that is there's certain capabilities if you run an individual Facebook page, like a personal account, it might not work with that. But besides that, I would just go for it. They give you I want to say a 30 day trial. It's a great trial. It lets you test out all of the features and schedule posts. So I would just do my research, and then as long as it covers all your needs, I would definitely go with Zoho Social.
