Companies with 1-200 employees, in all industries.
I love the easy to understand UI, and the ease of its learning curve. Scheduling is a breeze, I also really like that you can see each brands health at glance, directly in your dashboard.
Customer support was awful. They were slow to respond, and once they did, the answer was usually "Sorry, that is not available" or "that is not something that can be done.
IT has been awesome to see the fucntionality and the easy of use of this an other products from the same company.
No general overview about all channels. Bad handling for videos and images (especially instagram).
The social media platforms have been great, and I love the analytics that are shown for them.
What I disliked the most about the software is that it would shorten website links within the caption.
I had a great experience using ZOHO social. I used many other tools but it is the best in terms of ease of use and functionalities.
There are some limitations regarding posting to instagram and managing instagram accounts, though almost all social media managers struggle here.
I like how its functionality especially when generating business reviews and reports. It helps in analyzing which areas are successful and which aren't.
We have a Sales cloud integration which does not work well with Marketing cloud.
Overall my experience with Salesforce is great. I think it's a great software and platform for any kind of company to use.
Our annual cost with the new platform will be less than one quarter with Exacttarget. Tl;dr version: The UX is terrible, customer service is non-existent, and it's massively overpriced.
They have a nice, graphic UI for overall management, much better than the core SFDC stuff, for sure. Overall, this is a great tool to add to your company toolkit.
Got duped by salesforce salespeople into thinking this is cutting edge technology.
The experience has been outstanding. We are able to promote our campaigns reaching the customers at a faster pace and exposing them to various channels easily.
It's is very costly as compared to others I the market.
Nicole W.: My name is Nicole. I am a financial analyst for a multinational company. I believe we're up to about 7,000 employees, and my rating for Zoho Social would be a four. Before Zoho Social, I personally had Hootsuite, and for what I needed Hootsuite for, it worked, but it was a bit more complicated for me personally. A lot of things I didn't understand. There was a learning curve. I found myself constantly Googling how to work with it. Zoho Social, it was easier to interact. The interface was easier. I understood what to do almost intuitively. I didn't have to Google how do I do this, or how do I set reminders, none of that. It just came easily and I understood what I was supposed to do just by looking at the software. So I went with them because ease of use, price, and it's on every platform that I use it for now. It was extremely easy to get started. I think as soon as I signed up for the trial, I was up and running within a matter of minutes. It was extremely easy to start and use. What I would suggest is, A, you're going to have to do your research and make sure that Zoho has everything that you need. The only reason why I say that is there's certain capabilities if you run an individual Facebook page, like a personal account, it might not work with that. But besides that, I would just go for it. They give you I want to say a 30 day trial. It's a great trial. It lets you test out all of the features and schedule posts. So I would just do my research, and then as long as it covers all your needs, I would definitely go with Zoho Social.
Rilwan: Hi, my name is Rilwan. I'm a product designer for ATIV Media Ltd. And on a scale of one to five, I give Salesforce Marketing Cloud, I give them a four out of a five times. So before we started using Salesforce, we were using Google Analytics. We still use Google Analytics, but based on the kind of business we do, we needed to add more in-depth analysis of how our customers actually relates with the platform from the moment they sign up to how they consume content. So using Salesforce, we're able to get in-depth analysis. So that was why we actually made a switch. And right now, we focus mainly on using Salesforce. Sometimes we still use Google Analytics, but the bulk of the CRM for the platform is mainly done on Salesforce. So when you're dealing with platform that's got tens and thousands of platform users, the moment there's an issue, even if it's just 1% that affects thousands of people, so you needed something that actually made sure everything was okay. Using Salesforce, we could get in-depth analysis. We could get updated leads. We can actually have an idea, "Okay, this is how these people are actually interacting with the platform. This is how long they're spending time on this section of the platform," because at the end of the day, we just want them to get to the content without adding to waste time on what they don't need to waste time on. So with Salesforce, unlike other platforms that we were using before, we could actually get a more detailed analysis, so we're able to get more detailed analysis compared to other competitions here. The reason why I gave it 4.5 is actually linked to this, one of the reasons why it's a 4.5 is mainly based on the UI and the UX of the websites. It feels a little bit outdated, so trying to integrate it sometimes can be a little bit stressful compared to using Google Analytics where it's well streamlined. That's one of the issues. But apart from the UX, everything else, once you incorporate it into the platform, once you check up your tutorials and everything is in place, the platform functions well. It does everything you need it to do. The one thing with Salesforce is the fact that it's a little bit pricey, so you need to actually figure out, is this something you actually need? Is it something your business actually needs? If you're spending that much money, what would be the return? So that's something if you've actually asked yourself these questions and you feel like, "Okay, we have the funds to actually get this software to implement into our business, and this can actually scale our business from where we're trying to get to." If you can answer these questions, then I would actually recommend using Salesforce because you would not be disappointed. And before you know what's up, your business is actually... You start seeing differences once you integrate the platform into your business.
