The best thing is the fact that it can be easily integrated with other platforms that we use and this brings us a great benefit and an economic and time gain in the relationship with our customers.
Because it is complex at the beginning it is difficult to configure.
TEAM is amazing, its like you own team working for you round the clock, We never feel that we are working in partnership wiht CM team, Infact we feel as if they are our team members.
The biggest feature that was missing for us was for clients to be able to prepurchase labels in bulk, however Courier Manager responded to this very quickly and is currently under development.
We have only benefits using this system, our clients are happy about tracking, ordering etc.
But the most thing what I don't like is support. I mean replying to emails takes too long or you never even get a response.

Updates in the past have caused a bit of trouble with logging out/re-scanning already scanned parcels, however this seems to been fixed over the past year.
So I think that is one of the best things, as it has a good quality-price relationship.
