Shiprocket vs XPS Ship: Which is a better fit?

The best thing about Shiprocket is the integrations which it supports right from WooCommerece, Magento, Shopify etc to its free APIs where custom solutions can also be integrated.

Shiprocket is a total scam, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using their services. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly incompetent.

The overall process flow and the ease of use is really helpful for a new consumer. The clarity in pricing is also appreciated unlike it's competitors.

They just keep saying raise another ticket and wait for 2 days. This is fraud and just a way to irritate the customers so they don't waste time asking for money.

Shiprocket is a totally reliable service for deliveries and couriers. It has an easy interface and super fast service.

In damage cases they are very poor in supporting to sellers.

Firstly we were hesitant as we thought it's a start up and the market is niche and trust issue is the key for successful operations. But we were really impressed by their service.

But as per my colleagues they face issues in weight discrepancies, claim on lost shipments etc which Shiprocket needs to upgrade to provide smooth experience to all.

The customer service is outstanding. The folks in Utah are always very nice and very helpful.

Does not give refund when an order is cancelled. Or error needs to be corrected.

The integration feature and data export/import features make it a good product to allow growth of use along with growth of business.

Importing our address list was unsuccessful, however customer service fixed it for us.

They have walked me through the process and have been amazing during my follow up calls.

The batch features are sometimes difficult to work with.

The software is very easy to use and great for a small business. I need the ability to ship USPS, FEDEX, and UPS and this makes it very easy for me to choose based on customer needs.

There is no customer support and when you do reach out for customer support the representatives act as if you are a problem and are never willing to help.
