I love the ease of use starting out, as well as how easy it is to adopt new features on the platform. The dashboard and analytics are in a league of their own.
Having a little trouble attaching this to salesforce. That being said, it's more of a Salesforce problem than it is a Mixmax problem.
I love how everything is customizable ; I love how my daily work has been facilitated ; I love how our account management team can follow a same path. Well I love all about Mixmax.
Also, we had problems with removing a contact from the sequence. When a person replied he was not always removed from the sequence which created awkward situations.
This sales/marketing tool works like a marvel when integrated with Gsuite. The control panel is very easy to use and the free version gives you a lot of very useful features.
I hate that I can't hide the mixmax branding when sending out sequence emails and calendar appointments. I am a paying customer but not compensated for branding them.
I LOVE how easy it is to track email opens in great detail. There are so many great features for such a good price.

User friendlyness and ease to use was good in the beginning, and it’s going from great to amazingly simple.
Mediocre software that didn't provide my business with any real value and it was a pain to cancel.
Easy enough that it is fast and pretty easy to get started, but powerful enough that once you pop the hood and start looking at what you can do you will be impressed.
Price is outrageous and customer service is awful.
User personalization/data customization which makes user onboarding seamless to your app. Great and fast support team which is one of my definitive lines for having a great product experience.
It can sometime get a little confusing, I think that there is a bit of a learning curve.
Userpilot is great, the software helps our customers better understand our platform and the possibilities it brings.
At high loads, there was a slight lag. But I suspect that will be fixed soon.

Before Mixmax, I was using a variety of tools to achieve what Mixmax can do in one tool. For example, Mixmax has a option where you can very quickly share calendar links and it even embeds them in the email. Before, it was sort of a long process of trading emails with someone trying to lock in at a time to have a meeting with them. So Mixmax definitely sped up that process. What I love about Mixmax is that it's sort of a Swiss Army knife of tools. It has a lot of different features far as keeping in contact with someone. So you can send them email invites with a calendar. So you can schedule meetings. You can have emails sent out at later times. You can do email campaigns. You can even insert polls and surveys. So it's just a really great tool if you're just trying to streamline and simplify a lot of your emailing process. Getting started with Mixmax is really easy. I think I was pretty much up and running within 10 minutes. It's very quick. And once you're inside the dashboard, it's very intuitive. You can set up email templates, all the kind of things. And it's very easy to work with. And if you are someone that works with Gmail, their integration is very simple to add. And just it has a little sidebar. It's very easy to access. Really love working with it. For anyone considering Mixmax, I would check out one of the plans. I think right now they have two to three plans that you can pick from and just test it out. Test it out for a month. See if you like it. If you work in Gmail, it really has a lot of features. So just give it a shot. See if it works for you.
