Unable to receive SMS from Banks and some other organizations those restricted the virtual number.
I appreciate the help that their manager gives and while I was paying for CallHippo, I felt that their manager was trying the best they could to deliver the message across the team.
I suggest do not client using call hippo, They gets irritated with poor call qualtity.
I'm not using a lot of the great features CallHippo has to offer but it's really easy to use, it's a reliable service and definitely with the best customer support.
Fraud never try this platform. Your card will be charged for $700.
The support with Nimbata is fantastic, Demitrios got on several calls with out team and was there every step of the way, the dashboard is intuitive and I love the product.
The feature of blocking certain country codes is only available at a more costly subscription level. Should have been integrated with the base level subscription.
I like the ease of use it has and the top notch customer support that always helps me to set up new client accounts fast and effectively.
Actually brings the experience down a bit but that is the only negative part of the platform.
I like the excellent UI/UX design of the platform and of course the ease of setting up the software. On top of that, I was astonished by the wide selection of filters οn the dashboard.
I can't really think anything I don't like about nimbata.
My overall experience has been great and i appreciate this software for my business.
What i dont like is that i cant use numbers tracking to call back. I have to use my number after if i dont answer or clients dont answer.

We are using CallHippo to reach our new clients, providing support to our existing clients, solving their problems. It is a good option to reach clients using CallHippo. CallHippo support is very good. Their interface of website and the application are very good, really great. So I am loving their packages. They're affordable for every startup or new businesses. Sometimes we try to call our clients. But it cuts out. I don't know the reason. But this is a drawback about CallHippo. But overall it's great.
