The quality management team likes the ability to score and share the details with the agents and supervisors. Scoring feature is user friendly.

CallHippo support is very good. Their interface of website and the application are very good, really great. So I am loving their packages. They're affordable for every startup or new businesses. Sometimes we try to call our clients. But it cuts out. I don't know the reason. But this is a drawback about CallHippo. But overall it's great.
